    Loved the dog coming out at the end of your intro. He looked like he was thinking " About time you started the video, now where is my favorite toy and a frozen treat?" 😄😄😄😄

    Thanks for showing us around Kaleb! Surprised at the low quality appliances for the price of house one, should be an all-digital hob (no knobs) and washer-dryer should be greatly upgraded also. Like the doors and ironmongery 👍. A lot of taxes on that though! 😮

    Kaleb, I enjoy your videos. I have a video suggestion for you. I casually Zillow for FL properties because I could potentially move at any time, but I’m not in any rush. For me, and a lot of northerners, if we are moving to FL, we want our own pool. For all properties in a given area, if you add the “must have pool” amenity to the search, you lose at least half of the properties.
    So I might be willing to look or buy a home if I had a better idea of the cost and time to install the pool. And maybe not just the cost, but a bit of a break down on what features really raise the price, pool shape price differences, what a basic pool might cost, if there are factors that someone in the north like me might not know. Example: I currently live in a heavily shale rock area, so it’s very pricey to even dig here.
    I know it’s not necessarily your thing, but I think a good video on this might broaden some searches and possibly encourage some people to look at properties that don’t have a pool if they have some understanding of what to expect from installation. 😍
    Edit: also the cost to maintain and run a pool in a year

      When you come to the time to buy and interest rates go low again Zillow will buy almost all homes with cash and triple the price of the home and resell it. Good luck.

    I live in Florida and recently my insurance increased 35%. If you are on a fixed income it’s impossible for one to survive.

    Helpful insurance info. You know it's July in Florida when no one is sitting at the restaurant's tables outside 🥵

    Waterleigh does have beautiful homes and not far from Disneyworld. The Ashby, wow, love it! Love tile floors!

      I wondered the same thing... what is the million dollars paying for? I'd rather spend that kind of money to live in Winter Park if I had it.

    The house is Extremely Beautiful. But for me Personally, I rather have a House priced at, Up to $350,000. I don't like living behind a Lake, Pond, or River. I thought sure that they would have put Epoxy on the Garage Flooring, Since this a $1,000.000 home. Still 🙂👍 House #2. $700,000 Way above my head. I do loved the Primary Bathroom, and that Gorgeous Kitchen, Just a Spectacular House. Although, I don't like Swimming Pool. Simply Breathtaking 😁😁😍❤️. Awesome Video Kaleb 👍☺️

      Hi Patricia. Yes, it does have a laundry room on the first floor right next to the garage access. Thanks for the sweet comment and the anniversary wishes! Have a great week. 😊

    Kaleb, thank you for taking back home 😢….I lived in waterleigh from 2017-2021. Absolutely loved it. Job related relocation forced my move. Wish I held on longer, price appreciation has been astounding there. Still made a nice profit tho.

    Hello Kaleb, great showing ❤. Can't believe million dollars homes are still been built in this very bad economy. For house # 1, a million dollar home the appliances are cheap looking. Should have better appliances and no carpet. House #2, nice but still too pricey. I guess with these house prices, have to stay in what's considered to a fowl coup compare to those mansion 😂. Instead of a pool, use the backyard to plant own food. Food too expensive nowadays. As for homeowners insurance in Florida, it's outrageous. Congratulations to your girlfriend ❤

    Hey Kaleb. 2 homes on a 27 minute video? 🤔. Let’s see what you have. 1st home like the front elevation. I zoned out at a mil 😂 but a beautiful home. 😊 Great Q & A. 2nd home just as beautiful. Lunch looks great. Thanks for sharing.

    A million for such an ugly house? You really need to take a look at GL Homes which you can find in Wesley Chapel. For instance, take a look at the Carson which is 240K less than the first house you presented. The builder of this house is ridiculous with such a price. I guess it's the land.😊

  • @alyross3081
    @alyross3081 ปีที่แล้ว

    The first home looks more like a 600k home. I’m not sure what is taking it up to 1.2M. I would think a 1.2M home in FL would at least have a private pool. And it’s cookie cutter. It’s not like it has crazy features or anything unique.

    I'm in the middle of watching, but I had to stop to share first impression... that builder, actually, has a $1M+ home and equipped it with the breast lights???Cmon builders do better. The master with the tray and not a ceiling fan? Just another booby light fuxture?? smh

      The Pulte Builder, much, much better. That Bolay food looked scrumptious. Congrats to your lady friend on passing her test. Kaleb, thank you as always for the elite presentations. 👏🏽👍🏽🤙🏽

    Anyone that pays $1.2M for that first house is gonna get rekt. Worth $700k max. Builders smoking crack.

    If this house is sold at this price, we are living in Lala land

  • @maryelyse5633
    @maryelyse5633 ปีที่แล้ว

    overpriced to start. Washer dryer should be in garage for leakage and plumbing. Kitchen at frint is an eyesore. No sliding doors off back to a screen room or patio. Its a big no. And hoas high. So you dont really own your home.

    Million dollar homes? If I can remind everyone, it’s central Florida, NOT Southern California.
    Either we’re all living in an alternate reality or the builder’s dreaming if he thinks he can push these homes at those prices in central Florida.
    I really loved this channel, seeing beautiful homes in Florida at mostly affordable prices but then we see this? No thanks. I’m not sure who you think is watching but that’s a little out of my price range.
