Hey REnzo. Another snazzy suit! The usual unparalleled production value. For me, Ocala is the goal. Time is the enemy. By the time I make it out of that hell hole known as Seattle, I pray Ocala will not be destroyed like Orange County, CA [lived there about 20 years). I lament that I could never get my parents to come with me, which traps me here. Sux. I have no use for any of the big city stuff. Ocala gives great protection from the nasty hurricans as it is far inland from any landlfall. BTW local yokels: I am center right and am a fan of Governor DeSantis.
😂 I'm sure not all the locals are DeSantis fans.... but I think the majority probably are. I'm looking to head that way myself and won't upset their conservative leanings either. Kinda hope I do have at least one Dem neighbor though.... don't want to live in a complete echo chamber.

I’m looking for buying a house near ports for cruising too is this town near ports? Im assuming it does but not sure. I’m sorry for sounding dumb I just don’t this area.

Great home but a little too big for me and expensive and could you tell me the difference in weather between Ocala and Clermont? I heard central Florida is cooler during the summer months and can you give me an idea what you pay in electricity each months there in Florida? California it's expensive even in an apartment

When paying cash you have very minimal closing costs, maybe around 1% of the purchase price. But in terms of what we can negotiate, I’d estimate around 10-15k

Renzo, average Joe/Josephine isn't woke..... yes, you can go ahead and call it a "Master Bedroom". I mean "primary" implies that the rest of the occupants are secondary.... and the (likely) children (or MiL) in those other bedrooms are just as (or more) important 🤷♂️... IDK.
Wife & I are heading down to FL.... probably in August.... probably Ocala area.... to scout out a move there next spring. This particular home would be out of our price range, but you've shown others that are possibilities. Maybe we'll look you up (but I need to do my homework before I commit to anyone.... you understand). Love your content and would be honored to be part of your "my friends" group 😃. Isn’t an in-law suite supposed to also include its own kitchen? Or is there a different name for it when it’s a separate bedroom and bathroom along with the kitchen? Don’t really see how this is any different than a regular guest bedroom and bathroom, especially when it doesn’t even have its own door?
You don't pay PMI with VA loan also.
Oh yes you do.... it's just not called PMI and it's charged upfront and rolled into the loan (versus monthly premiums). VA loans allow a vet to get into a home with less out of pocket, but aren't actually a good deal.

You're over paying by at least 150,000.00 dollars and they'll get you the financing in order to unload the property with a huge mortgage on your back that will become unsustainable and forcing you into foreclosure then probably the same guy will put the place up for sale to the next victim
to make another commission. Please we work to hard for our money and i feel as a veteran myself especially a burden for military returning after serving our country and thinking that buying a property over 400.000.00 with no down payment they are providing for there family . The LORD says in his WORD my people suffer for lack of knowledge. Don't fall for this slick "I'm here for you" and "have i got a deal for you" do your home work you'll be glad you did.
