I love the way you give straight-up advice right up front; more foreclosures coming, and mention the multiple offer situation, too. And your coffee comment was spot on; same here with me & wifey 😀👍
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 🧋😋. 1st foreclosure. 5/3 1/2. Like the elevation. Floors & paint on entry clash throughout. Agreed. Redo kitchen but good space. Big backyard. Agreed. Would fence in. Primary ok. Ditch the tub and get a bigger shower and linen closet. 1/2 bath appreciated. Large loft. Large bedrooms indeed. Large laundry. Only 1 bathroom upstairs to service 3 bedrooms. Thought you said a 5 bed 3 1/2 baths. Anyway 2nd home ok elevation. Like the paint and floors. 2 living areas /dining and breakfast nook. Even the garage is clean. Oh no. No laundry 🧺 room? Hook up in garage. Covered enclosed lanai. Fenced. Pool ok once resurfaced. Primary ok size. Small closet. Odd en-suite. 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. 3rd home my husband would like the location and land. Multiple carports. Clean curb appeal. Great floors. Front dining. Don’t care for the laundry location but how often do we use formal dining? Nice kitchen. Large pantry. Nook and good size living. Covered enclosed lanai. Great pool/jacuzzi. 2 bedrooms and bath an ok size. Primary a good size en-suite lovely. No linen closet. But 3rd home wins. Very nice. 1&2 has potential. Thanks for sharing and see you next week.
@@judithminott1212 agreed. In the guest bathroom there will be a tub. But in my home, I don’t need a tub in my primary en-suite that I’ll never use; but I love a big shower and linen closet that will get great use. We all have our likes/dislikes and wants in our home.
I always love your videos but I love the growth! Taking us along with you to get coffee and adding driving scenes. First house is my fav. I’d redo the kitchen and make it much brighter, but I actually don’t mind the paint color.
It's funny the way you say well if you don't like it you can just redo the whole kitchen well that's $40-$50,000 I guess no big deal money grows on trees I'll just pick some money off the tree to put in a brand new kitchen and flooring and let's not forget carpet replacement but other than that the house is just fine isn't it?
Awesome! Thank you for watching my videos! I truly appreciate it! Also, when the time comes feel free to email me, my team and I will be happy to assist you in finding your next home. 🙂
Hey Kaleb, House 1. Needs to be GUT OUT COMPLETELY, Asking Asking Price Should be $349,000 Put $100,000 and there you'll have a Beautiful Home for $459,000. House 2. is Pretty Nice. Asking Price is $399,000 should be $339,000. House 3. Way to Isolated and living behind a Forest. Not a fan of Pools, $629,000 is Way, Way over my Head more likely $529,000. Kaleb can you find Affordable Homes without the Pools. Nice Presentation Kaleb 👍
Second house looks like a $250k home way overpriced unless you are a northerner that don’t mind overpaying. Pool’s doesn’t bring much value to your home
Kaleb’s a hero, houses 1 and 2 are a zero! I think Kaleb should buy #3. I found it a little creepy….probably afraid of the critters luring in that yard! 😨
Kaleb!!!!! That third house is everything! The amount of land is fantastic! Great homes. I really enjoyed this tour.
Happy to hear that! Thank you again for watching 🙂
@@KalebShaw you're welcome.

Hey Cydney! I love to read your feedback! Thank you so much for continuing to watch my videos! I appreciate you!
Don’t ditch any bath tubs. Every house should have at least one tub! The fancier, the better.

It has a leak inside the pantry, or is it a closet.
I wish we had those prices here in Miami.
What's up with bank owned properties that have been recently renovated? Former Open Door properties?

First house $300, 000 tops. Too much work.
Second house looks like a $250k home way overpriced unless you are a northerner that don’t mind overpaying. Pool’s doesn’t bring much value to your home
Agree, 2nd one was definitely overpriced. Wonder how the banks arrive at their prices
