Some people aren't very sensible. Letting classics rot or sending them off to the crusher, just plain dumb. You found some serious gems man.

JuxtaRepublic ... The E was actually 1978... The F was 1979... It was the 1974 Honda XR75 that CHANGED MY LIFE though. My best friend called me on Christmas morning, 1974 (we were 9 yrs old), and told me to come see what “Santa” had parked in his garage. I was immediately in love, and my friend Kevin let me SIT on it, but not for long. I NEVER got one. The next summer I got a cheap POS Montgomery Ward, 4HP Tecumseh orange mini-bike, and grudgingly rode it AROUND THE YARD while all my friends RODE REAL MOTORCYCLES together in the woods every day after school. I was FORBIDDEN to take the mini-bike out of the yard. I was the ULTIMATE UN-COOL kid. My desire and jealousy for a REAL motorcycle was out of control as I heard all the motorcycles echoing in the woods all around me, especially the 2-strokes. I was SURROUNDED by XR80s, GTMX80s, XL75s and 80s, CR and KX 80s, all of them, all around me. It was music to my ears and perfume to my nose. I used to try my best to chase them down and keep up on my bicycle, sometimes even on foot, so I could at least WATCH them ride. In 1979, my parents finally divorced and my mother moved me out of state and FINALLY got me a brand new 1979 Yamaha YZ80F... I BECAME the cool kid in my new neighborhood. And then it just grew from there; the YZ80F, YZ100F, YZ125G, a 50cc Puch moped as my “first street bike” at 15, in 1981, a 1980 Yamaha DT100 as a first dual sport (actually my mother’s bike that she rode with me while I rode on the moped - but it became my more often dual-sport), then I was FORCED to sell ALL bikes to get a car for college in 1983 - tragic loss! - and I finally bought an IT490 in 1988, and sold it (HUGE REGRET!) in 1992 desperate for money. The new owner totaled it the first week and broke both legs in 6 total places on it... I was financially forced to leave riding behind for another 8 years, then finally got a Honda Rebel that I rode for a couple years, and then when it died, I was financially forced again to not have any bikes for another 13 years (2002-2015), and FINALLY, as a reward for my son’s successful fight and victory over cancer in 2015, bought him and myself a pair of used father/son dirt bikes (TTR230 and KLX110), and haven’t looked back since. We now have 14 bikes and I’m back to a LIFE of riding now... A WR250R, TT250, KLR650, and KTM500 EXC-F, as our main rides, along with 10 other dirt bikes and pending restoration projects... It’s a good life when you ride... 😉😉😉 ... I still never got that XR75 though, and STILL want one out of sentimentality. I currently have a 1986 XR80, and 1978 YZ80 and GTMX 80 awaiting restoration, but still no XR75...
      LOL! 😉😉😉

That Kawasaki tripple in the trailer, that is a bad mfr. My late brother built the engine on a friend of his on a 900 I believe,2 stroke tripple, board out and sick. My brother said he would be doing 120 when the power band kicked in and put it on the back wheel, wether you wanted to or not. My brother was riding when I was born, when I was about 8 he rode up on it,turned it off and his hands were shaking, very unusual for him. There wasn't anything on the road that could come close to it,not in all of Tampa Bay. Seeing all those old bikes man,you are so fortunate, awesome.

Dukes of Hazzard....My favorite childhood show. Had a huge crush on Daisy Duke. As a young kid, I had a t-shirt of her, laying across the hood of a Jeep. General Lee is Badass! 69 Dodge Charger RT with the 440 6 pack. John Schneider (No Duke) has has house/film studio/music studio, about 2 hours from my house. I need to go check it out one day. I would pay to ride in the General Lee, even more so, if I could drive it! Amazing video and vintage bikes. The green Kawasaki Triple 500 was Amazing! Would love to have one, and at the very least, have the opportunity to ride one. My Dad had a Kawasaki 350 Triple, and 500 Triple, before I was born in 1973. I heard many stories of Dad cutting up on them, and having seen how he rode 2 stroke dirtbikes, I bet it was entertaining to see! God Bless The Kaplan Family and the USA! I Love How You Say God Bless America, At The End Of Every Video? Whomever doesn't like it, Piss On Em. If they hate it that much here, I will pack their bags for them, and help them move.

I started on a hand me down Yamaha GT 80 when I was little. It was held together with wire scraps and electrical tape. The forks were shot and the rear suspension made your kidneys hurt. But it just kept running! My dad sold it for $25 to a shop and brought me a 94 RM125. I wasn’t ready for that bike! I put it through a barbed wire fence! Ha. Still miss that GT80 to this day.

My dad's 1974 tm250 was the first bike that I rode where I felt my balls in my throat because I gave it all it had when he finally let me take it for a ride it when I was about 11 or 12 in front of all his friends in about '83 or '84. I came back and both of us were shaking! LMBO!
That thing had a power band on it like a switch of nitrous! I would love to ride one again! He had an old school compression release on his for slowing down rapidly it was cool!

I think my old Valiant is there. If you see one that is almost folded in half right behind drivers door with a person sized hole in the windshield then that would be it. The folded in half part came from a V-plow going about 35-40 mph. The plow hit us so hard it threw my buddy(pass) right through the windshield. Last view of him was the bottom of his sneakers going out the windshield

I has no idea the gear selector linkage had been reversed GP style.. i took off in 2nd gear.. wound it up near redline then money shifted into 1st.. scared the shit outta me.. lifted the wheel.. dam near looped it... and somehow didn't crash or break the engine.. i was so impressed with the durability, I bought the bike..

It’s crazy to see this, I live like literally 30min from Harry’s and am in love with bikes, I’m definitely going to subscribe if I haven’t already and I am also from ct when your museum opens back up I’ll have to check it out with my son and gf, and did he say 500 for a grom with title 😮
