I am a person who grew up enjoying excellent dishes made by my maternal grandmother, mother and her siblings. In fact even my extended family has so many amazing cooks. I like ur way of interaction, very lively & natural. I like the way u use the words which our ancestors used like “ ammila nadathal “, it brings a warmth in our hearts.on the whole I enjoy ur dishes as well as ur narration.thanks , for ur sincere guidance.

Hi Rakesh, Please do ask Rama (though my defacto is "Name with Maami", as a sign of respect, but had to omit due to presenter choice!!!), if she can recall a dish called "ericha kozhambu", especially from Tanjore and Mayavaram side. In this time of quarantine, we cook a lot and definitely we all have left overs. I definitely have a story, but will write if Rama matches the exact main dish for the ericha kozhambu.!!!

Now I am wondering ( because she has the towel in many videos) whether it is to prevent any hair straying and falling into the food, like nurses keep their hair under a hood to prevent it from interfering with their work.
