    @louie101pilates At Pendleton, we often employ an audible breath. This helps constrict the abdominal wall for more intense ab work and helps set a nice tempo in a group environment.

    Excellent !!!! I have been having a difficult time with the C Curve because of neck tension.... this will help a whole lot !! Thank you !!!!

    Excellent instruction, I have a lot of neck pain and gave up on Pilates, seems like I was doing it all wrong.

    Excellent video. It would have helped to crop a little closer, remove the basket in the background and zoom closer on Stacy's face when she is talking directly to the camera.
