    WOW! Thanks. My desk job has given me a number of hip/leg issues so I'll try to knock this out every morning.

    Thank you, I couldn't hold the stretch for the full time but I could at least get into the pose. The first one is it better to bend the knee and pull it closer or keep it straight and have it farther away, with my leg straight I can't even get it above my hip.

    Thank you! My lower right hip is sooo tight. This really helped relax the muscles. I will continue this session on a regular basis.

    Excellent video, thought I had tight hamstrings, I actually have super-tight hamstrings. Struggled a bit and have poor range of motion on all the exercises but feeling really good after doing the routine as best as I can. Planning on doing this a few times a week now

    Question, I am one day from completing the 30 day yoga challenge. And i plan to keep on with yoga as my primary exercise. I have some power yoga dvds. My question is, what is your normal daily yoga routine??

    This is exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou so much. I would really want to get down dog position like you. Hope I will get to that some day. Love your videos.

      Remember, it isn't about getting in it like my body can. Just get into down dog in a way that works for your body.

    Another fab video, thank you :) as a near beginner I find one of the major issues I have is weakness in the wrists, it would be great to know if this is normal and if so are there any specific exercises to help strengthen?

    Nice - I went for a run this morning and ended up with a nagging pain in my right hamstring that I could not seem to stretch out until I did this routine.

      Releasing your hamstrings helps with a myriad of things! It can help with lower back pain, and overall flexibility of the hips!

    • @badyogitv
      @badyogitv  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That beauty of yoga! Keep it up and you'll be able to find more space in your hamstrings, even if this class isn't the best suited for you right now. Hamstrings can be such a trouble area.

    • @jesha1995
      @jesha1995 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@badyogitv yeah, I'm really flexible in all other areas, but my hamstrings and calves are horrible. So I'm going to use your video as a daily exercise to help my mobility.
      Thanks a lot :p

    Something that bothers me with so many of these yoga TH-cam teachers is that they do so many movements before they go in to the actual pose. Like moving the legs “don’t do this, don’t do this, can do this”
    It difficult to follow and makes it so unrelaxing.
    Just go to the pose and then start talking about the pose. Fgs
