    I love your videos! You make them fun and easy to follow along. This was my first time nailing side plank without having a knee down! Keep doing what you do! 🤘

    omg i hate this position but i think today was kinda hard too much downfacing dog but , i think is gonna help me a lot to feel better and get flexibility. thanks Erin for this class.
