    Followed since day one and years later this is the one video I always come back to when I have a tension headache threatening to become a migraine and it almost always stops it in its tracks 🥰 thanks for everything over the years Erin x

    February, March, anytime is a good time to get back into getting fit again and between starting yoga with you, and core work with my husband, I am feeling motivated to get back in shape again. Thank's Erin and all the Bad Yogi followers out there, I have made a start!

    What a great way to start out February. January was full of stress and rebuilding my practice after surgery. I definitely needed something to calm me down and help with all the tension. Thank you Erin!

    I do needed this. My cow has been impossible.This helped me realize using the strap still gives me a good stretch

    That feels a lot better thanks! But I couldn't do the hands behind the back thing, I got an intense pain in my deltoid when I tried.

    Loved it! Especially the connective tissue stretch. I have had jaw problems and your version was very similar to an exercise the Physical Therapist told me to do (but yours was slightly better with the pulling)...felt great. Thanks!

    This felt great! Never done the deep tissue stretch before, and I was super tight there. This is a new fave for some neck relieve :)

    I've never done the deep tissue stretch on my neck either, but it got to some really tight area that have been making my neck hurt a lot.

    Is this the first day of February challenge? I saw the preview on instragram, but I still haven't received mail about it (although I am part of the bad yogi club on your website, I was receiving your e-mails at the beginning of the year).

    I love these leggins! I mean it's harder to me to keep up with asanas when your dark leggins match your sofa. I might be weird;p
    Keep doing what you do, it's awesome. In dark leggins or pink, whatever....:)
