Loved it! Especially the connective tissue stretch. I have had jaw problems and your version was very similar to an exercise the Physical Therapist told me to do (but yours was slightly better with the pulling)...felt great. Thanks!

I love these leggins! I mean it's harder to me to keep up with asanas when your dark leggins match your sofa. I might be weird;p Keep doing what you do, it's awesome. In dark leggins or pink, whatever....:)

I do needed this. My cow has been impossible.This helped me realize using the strap still gives me a good stretch

That feels a lot better thanks! But I couldn't do the hands behind the back thing, I got an intense pain in my deltoid when I tried.

I've never done the deep tissue stretch on my neck either, but it got to some really tight area that have been making my neck hurt a lot.
