@@Soundgear4 The first batch was 1" by 6" spruce rough cut, green lumber from a local mill ($1.26 per sq ft) and the second batch was 3/4" by 6" boards, and it was $0.70 per sq foot. The 3/4 was more than fine, I have no idea why I ordered 1x6 the first time. Too used to thinking in terms of dimensional lumber I guess.
Thanks. All of the framing is regular dimensional spruce lumber, the beams are pressure treated lumber, and the board and batton, trim, interior walls, deck, etc. is all green, rough-cut spruce lumber. Pricing and other details can be found in the description of the part #1 video, you just have to expand it to see all of it. My order details are kind of mixed up, but I will try to put them together and add a link as well.
Your first video has inspired us to build one on our five acres of land in Blairsville GA, we are building it on top of a basement 20x24... Enjoyed this follow up video... We plan to add boomers to increase floor space
Great project. Find a container to fit under the urine diverter and keep liquid and solid separate in the pail and you'll have NO odor. You can dilute the urine and pour it on shrubs and then get a 55g lidded container(or smaller) and store the solids, which after a year ought be decomposed enough to use on shrubs. Must add a bit of ventilation to the storage container. Works a treat!
I figured two was better since I had the space, they cost almost nothing, and once the bucket is full you have a backup and don't need to emtpy the other one right away.
Nice work man! You talk like it’s casual but evidently so much labor & know-how went into it. Well done👏🏼
Thank you. Yes, I spent a lot of time planning and ordering in order to be able to build it so quickly.
You did a fantastic job on the A-Frame and good video to go with it. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks and you're welcome!
I think that you did an awesome job, thanks for all of the information

Thanks! I will try that.
Can you give us a budget/cost breakdown?
It is in the video description already. You may have to expand it.
Twin toilet ?

@@CraigNakamotoConstruction so not like.. Twin shower.. lol
No, not like a twin shower lol, I didn't get it at first.
@@CraigNakamotoConstruction I "didn't" think so
You guys don't have a shower 🚿
We have an outdoor shower - which is good for about 1/2 the year...
