Tnq for video Doctor. I have cracking sound and sometimes pain in my right ear when I swallow. Is there any exercise to get rid of that fluid you mentioned in this video? Or what else I can do?
There can be a variety of reasons for this: fluid build up due to allergies or infection, earwax build up, Eustachian tube dysfunction, even TMJ, just to name a few. The best course of action would be to see an ENT (ear, nose, throat specialist) to pinpoint the exact cause.
I visited ENT Doctor 3 times, they prescribed medication, i took medicines but no change. I m 50 years old😊 I saw in TH-cam some chanals suggesting different exercises, I did but no help. May be I need keep on doing it.😅 I thought may be you know the exercise which will be really helpful. Tnq for reply Doctor
@@gulmiraparayil9807 I'm not sure of any exercises, but if the problem wasn't treated correctly, it would make sense the medicine didn't help. There are so many things it could be. Sometimes, we need to advocate for ourselves and get opinions from another doctor to see what the problem may really be.
Thank you for this.
So glad you liked it!
