Biology: Photosynthesis (CH. 10)
This video takes a deep dive into photosynthesis. Learn how plants, photoautotrophs, make their own food using energy from the sun, water, and carbon dioxide. We will look at the light-dependent reactions involving photosystems and how they take their energy into the light-independent reactions or Calvin cycle to complete the process of glucose synthesis.
I strive to take difficult concepts and make them easy to understand. Please help support my channel by liking, subscribing, and sharing!

Endocytosis vs. Exocytosis
มุมมอง 13821 วันที่ผ่านมา
In this video, we are going to look at bulk transport. How does the cell take in bigger molecules that can't come in using diffusion or protein transport? They do it through bulk transport! We will look at the difference between exocytosis and endocytosis. We will also talk about the difference between phagocytosis, pinocytosis, and receptor-mediated endocytosis. This video is an appropriate ex...

Did you teach the whole chapter from campbell in this video?
It covers most concepts in that chapter.
So, so wonderful! Such great examples to help relate the topic to the learning process. Superb!
I love this!! Thank you so much for the kind comment! I love hearing how my videos help others understand!
Thanks

Why when i search on Google for medial examples shows middle toe .. I'm confused about how the middle toe is medial and it's not in the middle line of the body? 😢
If you are just referring to the foot itself, the middle toes would be medial and the outer toes would be lateral, all referring to the foot itself and not in relation to the entire body.
Okay now i get it. Thank you doc 🤍🪽

Tnq for video Doctor. I have cracking sound and sometimes pain in my right ear when I swallow. Is there any exercise to get rid of that fluid you mentioned in this video? Or what else I can do?
There can be a variety of reasons for this: fluid build up due to allergies or infection, earwax build up, Eustachian tube dysfunction, even TMJ, just to name a few. The best course of action would be to see an ENT (ear, nose, throat specialist) to pinpoint the exact cause.
I visited ENT Doctor 3 times, they prescribed medication, i took medicines but no change. I m 50 years old😊 I saw in TH-cam some chanals suggesting different exercises, I did but no help. May be I need keep on doing it.😅 I thought may be you know the exercise which will be really helpful. Tnq for reply Doctor
@@gulmiraparayil9807 I'm not sure of any exercises, but if the problem wasn't treated correctly, it would make sense the medicine didn't help. There are so many things it could be. Sometimes, we need to advocate for ourselves and get opinions from another doctor to see what the problem may really be.
Thank you Doctor
I like you to make a video on the waterbear.

3:05 Potential = looks good on paper 3:15 many studies = no approval 3:23 Potential = to solve challenges developing vaccines Looked good but it wasn’t . .. many studies and it was never safe enough to get approval … we push it to the public then a new precedent will be set that shortens time and lowers safety standard ..
I have asthma and sometimes me and my sis share inhalers if we run out
What? I have asthma too
Thank you for this.
So glad you liked it!
i had Asthma before i recovered without a inhaler
Sometimes with mild cases it may be possible, for others, medication is absolutely necessary.
@@DrVanessa Okay
How ? Please tell me
I heard ears can be just as identifiable as fingerprints cause no two people have similar ears.
YES! Crazy right?? There was a recent study published on that: www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1286011523000620?via%3Dihub
❤ nice

Great simple video
Thank you!
Can u show super and inf oblique mov
These muscles aren’t on my model, but they wrap the eye, one on top and one on bottom. They allow the eye to move in a circle. So the superior oblique allows the eye to move towards the nose, towards the outside and down. The inferior oblique allows the eye to move towards the nose, toward the outside and up. I hope this helps! I can work on making a short with this, my model just doesn’t show these muscles.
@@DrVanessa sure 😊 this helps... Thanks much for responding
I HAVE SALMONELLA‼️‼️‼️‼️
Great Initiative, Add more value in your videos please.
Thank you! My longer videos have much more information and value. Still trying to figure out how to really make the shorts have more value with only 15 seconds.
It means left part of brain control right side of body and vice versa isn't?
That’s different than vision, but yes, in a similar way, the left side of the brain does control the right side of the body and vice versa.
Anyone who says asthma medicine doesn’t work has never been saved from the brink of death when they finally got their inhaler.
Asthma medication is amazing in how fast-acting it can be to help open up the bronchioles! Sometimes, it takes a bit of work to figure out the right preventative type of asthma medication.
thank you so much!!

How much time does it take to create resistance against antibiotics please must replay i am suffering from fungal infection. My doctor recommended me same antibiotics again again its been 2 months ?
Fungal infections are difficult to treat. I am not a medical doctor and do not offer medical advice. If you are not getting better, you need to see your doctor again or perhaps get another opinion.
FELLAS, *MR OBALAR* ON TH-cam CURED ME TOTALLY ❤😊❤.
They cause diarrhea
They can! Which is why it’s also important to take a probiotic, but space them apart so they don’t counteract the work of the antibiotic.
