    i need some hepl. inside my ear has fallen a very little piece of magnet (used as wireless headphones) an now i can feel it almost in my throat and i thik it has passed the eardrum. what can i do in this situation

      The only way it would be in your throat is if you had a hole in your ear drum...but some people do have holes in their ear drums. Regardless, there's nothing you can do for yourself...you need to go to a doctor. Please don't dig around in your ear as you are very likely just going to push it further back.

      If it passes the ear drum where does it enter, is there any chance to remove it
