The judge should ask point blank, “Are you the defendant?” If the sovereign citizen refuses to admit their identity, then a bench warrant for non appearance should be instantaneously issued.

The minute they introduce themselves as the representative blah blah blah, she stops them and asks them one time if they are so and so. If they continue with their crap, then she says okay well this court is only calling the case of John Doe so if you're not him, then we will issue a warrant for his arrest and you are dismissed from this court proceeding. As many problems as are present in the U.S., there's legitimately a *lot* of protections provided to defendants in the Judicial system. People can usually feel fairly secure in the idea that they'll be given as fair of treatment as possible in the courthouse, even if they can't trust that elsewhere. Obviously exceptions exist, and this only applies for the defendant, but it's not particularly abnormal for people to be treated with silk gloves in court.

Ohh I’m so sorry to hear. My sincere to you and your family Jamesy. I lost my baby brother in tragic circumstances so I can empathise as to what you’re going through.
We may be strangers from far from each other (I’m Australia) but we share a common bond in a sense. Losing a sibling, especially a kid sibling much younger, is one of the worst situations one can go through.
My advice is to not be afraid to let your emotions out. If you have someone close to talk to then use that opportunity to vent in a healthy manner, otherwise your grief will manifest itself in unhealthy ways such as drug or alcohol abuse. Be patient with those around you who don’t understand what you’re going through. People do and say silly things when you’re grieving. Don’t let it get to you. I always thought of it as nothing can be worse than losing my baby brother so anything else is minuscule in comparison.
My other advice is to go and be with your family. Much strength can be gotten from supporting each other.
Again, I’m so terribly sorry for your loss. For what it’s worth I’m thinking of you my brother. Take care.

It is not that they are Pro Se, it is the sovcit bs and his attitude that makes this one so funny. Especially because the judge isn't impressed at all and just debunks all of this. 😂

One thing that all these SovCits seem to have in common: they all treat the most trivial charges (a broken tail light, "jaywalking," etc) as if they were facing the death penalty in a felony murder case. Evidently they have no other claims on their time -- such as a JOB -- and so have no problem wasting it on court appearances.

I can't pick one as the most annoying because they both are equal idiots. However, man bun (and I really dislike Man buns), talked too much nonsense and feather man lost his voice when convenient for him. I guess he thought not talking would somehow help him. Man bun judge was great, very patient and I don't know how he managed it. What a waste of court time and resources. I was concerned about the feather man judge since she let him leave the courtroom and didn't seem to understand the landlord's frustration. However, It worked out but does anyone think he will be out in 10 days?

I went for a deposition at a lawyers office and the receptionist told me first door on the right. I looked in that door and it was full of boxes so I went to the next door and did my deposition. Afterward they couldn’t find my coworker for his deposition and started searching everywhere on that floor, restroom … he was an older guy so we all started worrying about him. I started to wonder if they might have also told him it was the first door and found him sitting in that first office blocked from our view by a bunch of boxes.
