      @@williamanderson6006 the judge needs to walk a very fine line here. If he shows any kind of bias or violates any of her rights then that woman gets off scott free. When that woman inevitably makes an appeal the judges above him will look back at this moment. OK - tired of responding to individual comments about how the judge couldn't control his court.
    This was a classic implementation of Sun Tzu's advice in the Art of War: "Never interrupt your opponent while he is in the middle of making a mistake."
    Not only did the prosecutor prove her case, but the defendant helped them enormously because she was allowed to rattle on. Her questioning of the witness basically admitted she gave him advice. Should the judge have interfered in that? is that the type of control people wanted to see?
    He clearly had a plan in place before the session opened, and he followed it. He had the sentence and justification ready. He shut down virtually any hope of an appeal.
    And she went to jail.
    Seems like he had perfect control of his courtroom.

Go ahead and read the trading with the enemy act (be sure to notice where it was amended in 1933) the 1933 bankruptcy act and the 1935 social security act, the 1940 alien registration act leading up to 1950. I'm not going to hold your hand and do it for you. Once you've done that we can talk about the civil war ending absent of treaty, the 1867 reconstruction act, and the 1871 act of England along with the army regulations 840-10 flag that the judge has behind him to his right. Congressional record is where the real history is. Be aware I'm not talking about esoteric law either. My question is why Ms Sov Citizen was doing everything from the gallery? Why wasn't she sitting at the defendants table?

    • @Frenchblue8
      @Frenchblue8 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@dieseljesteryeah she was offered that privilege but she did go through a whole illiterate song and dance about how she apparently doesn't recognize the bar association and since she hadn't been admitted to the fallacious bar as she sees it, she wasn't going to sit in what she feels is an illegitimate place. At least I think that's what she was trying to get across.

    The judge did not become irritated, or raise his voice. He instructed her calmly regarding procedure allowing her to speak in due course. The entire proceeding showed how delusional this “woman, person, living soul” truly is. Here is a lesson in measured judicial protocol. I have utmost respect!

    Sweet Jesus! So this old lady just wanders the hallways of the Justice Center looking for people appearing lost or scared and then fills their heads full of SovCit crap? Then seals the deal with lunch and $60? She should be banned from the Court for life unless she's the one on trial and going to jail.
