Hey! Over these 8 days, have you noticed any changes in your body? I'm thinking about starting Pilates too, but I'm still unsure if it's the right choice for me. What do you think?
@@yy_rw00not the person you're asking but I've been doing pilates for more than a month as of right now and I can guarantee that I started seeing visible results after 4 days (on the waist that is). you may see results in the same amount of time or it may be a week, but you will definitely see them after a few days dw
@@yy_rw00also would like to add that I'm strictly abiding by a diet, only doing pilates is not going to make you lose that much in such little time but it will definitely tone your body and make you stronger. if you're not sticking by a diet then I'd suggest doing high impact workouts like cardio
@@yy_rw00im on day 8 now and i already see changes! Especially in my stomach. I feel stronger too. Ididnt do any exercises before. Pilates is one of the fastest way to train your muscle so definitely worth trying. Consistency is the key. good luck!
@@yy_rw00 Oh I am not doing pilates for fat loss, but for strengthening, to have more toned body and to feel more motivated:) So if you want things like me than yes! I recommend this

I have done a lot of pilates videos, but I love your slow, thoughtful movements and the super relaxing music the most! This is exactly the kind of workout I always hoped to find! I never understood how pop music went with pilates (at least this type!). My family keeps asking if I lost weight after only a week or less of your videos. God bless and thank you

Please guys I haven’t done Pilates in ages!! School is coming back and I want to improve my sleep schedule as well as my physical activity so of course im gonna be working out more. I haven’t done Pilates in a long time, so im taking it slowly. My whole body is literally shaking!! I want to slowly digress until a better shape and not shake so often when doing Pilates before school starts so I can continue working out easier. So hopefully by the time school starts I won’t be shaking anymore 😢

Ok so i skipped a move.. that plank-downward-hand reach, coz my wrists were about to give up 🥲 Anyhow, even if I was trembling and about to cry 😅, I had to smile coz ms madi was smiling after (that😮) workout 😊💪
Before starting the workout, I came here for some inspo, but there were lots of warnings about this one. I didn't believe so until I was shaking so hard on the first 5 minutes, I could not even stand in some exercises at the end as much as I wanted. Still so fun, but you almost killed me. Btw, the sky behind you looks way too beautiful! As if it was painted or edited.
Hi Madeleine, I just bought a yoga mat and it was so much easier than before with my bed sheets that left my knees hurting lmao. Do you have any tips for keeping my legs straight? That it is kinda difficult for me. Thanks for the videos ❤

Diet plays a big role. However if your goal is weight loss I recommend doing mostly higher impact workouts while also incorporating some pilates! Make sure you eat a lot of protein too
hello! pilates is just helping my body tighten up for now. I have been doing pilates for about 2/3 months. My abdominal muscles have become noticeable, my waist has become thinner and my butt has become rounder. It may take a while to get results from pilates, but don't give up. Remember that whatever makes you tired today will make you strong tomorrow💖
My hands hurt so much while maintaining the plank position😢. I am disappointed since i had to skip a few exercises as i can't even do a plank. Does anyone relate?
this is so real,my arms and hands always give out on those exercises,I have to take so many breaks during those exercises that it gets kinda embarrassing, to be honest
I was feeling so tired today, but I pushed myself to do the workout. I'm so proud of myself 😭❤️!!

is it just me who couldn't extend my legs during the exercise when you fold them in then out? it hurts so bad i fell like im gonna twist them off..
you have to stretch before and after exercising so it could loose those joints!
