The @Kaffeemacher have introduced the method of "coffee waving" to further improve the espresso after brewing with vibration.
They have investigated coffee waving and are still working on it. The current aim is to use vibration to better mix the various small particles in the coffee, such as fat, water and other particles.
Normally, these smaller particles clump together to form larger ones. Vibrating prevents this and keeps the small particles on a level surface.
-This makes the taste sweeter and creates a velvety mouthfeel.

Most of the espresso shots are a little watery for demonstration reasons (vibration is more visible and old supermarket beans were used - on my channel you can find videos with super satisfying shots if that's the only reason you're here :D). Also, a shot with more crema can be seen at the end.
I will also make a follow-up video as soon as I have more experience of how exactly to use the Sonic Waver. (Vibration time, moving the waver back and forth in the cup, etc.) The Kaffeemacher:innen state 3 seconds for their method with the vibrating plate.
The idea with the toothbrush was posted by @czh2504 under one of the Kaffeemacher videos. However, my friend came up with the same idea independently.
