Got me a Badlands in Area 51 color. It is nice and a fun drive. I liked this because of the practicality and usefulness for a family. Yes, one can go off-roading, but it can be a daily drive also. I also like the flooring and cargo area. It is easy to keep clean. I am getting around 25 mpg in normal driving. I have had many people checking it out. I found it kinda strange to have so many who are much younger than me like it. I grew up remembering the Bronco and the Blazer and having so many people who did not grow up with them, recognizing it was nice. Ford might exceed their expectations on sales with this. A few things that stood out for us was the storage capacity, the rear opening choice of the glass or the entire rear door. I also one the unique color choices available. At our local Ford dealership, they sold 4 in a day we bought ours. If this is something your interested in, go check it out. We are satisfied with ours!
One of these and a new Defender popped up in my tiny Pennsylvanian town, and any time I drive I keep my eye out for them both because I now absolutely adore them 🤌
The bronco sport 2021 just earned Top Safety Pick+ award from IIHS. The best possible rating. I will buy the badlands in orange cyber. The bronco sport is the best off road small suv. The rav4 didn’t get the + IIHS rating. The bronco sport apparently excelled in every crash test even the most difficult small-overlap test which mimics an impact with a stationary barrier in the headlight area of a vehicle. ´The headlight system offered on all trims earned a Good rating (the best rating possible) while both the standard and optional crash prevention systems outperformed in IIHS evaluations’

YES i do have the AWD status on my screen as the default, and YES i do watch it as i drive. it's interesting to see how the torque vectoring system works on dry roads, esp on curvy roads. this is in a RAV4 TRD off-road.
Starting to see a few of these in San Diego, but if I had to guess, the interest in the proper Bronco is probably bigger here, given the sheer number of new Wranglers, Defenders (including Doug once or twice...) and Gladiators I see every day. I can't see the appeal of the base engine, but the I4 one looks like a great little off-road car.
When i'm in 4 Auto in my 2018 F-150 i watch the distribution. I wouldn't have know 4A in Snow/Wet mode keeps power in all 4 wheels at hwy speeds. These have been selling like mad at the ford dealer by me. Even better, if you look at their service lot (larger dealer), it's all escapes, explorers and now bronco sports sitting in there for maintenance

I had an Acura MDX and would always watch the wheel distribution while driving.
That horrid front overhang is impossible to overlook. It’s been the bane of front drive platforms and can’t go away soon enough.
Love your channel. Jakob, Loved your interview with TGN. Loved the GMT master - pure class. And big belated congrats to 1M subs. Keep up the great work!
