Can i use maida instead pf whole wheat flour? If i use maida shud i keep it for few hours before deep frying? And shud i add curd if i use maida flour?

Hi, Sorry but the recipe was totally bad, i made it by the same ratio u gave but still it didn't happen good it was very sticky, plz give some tips for the people who make it for the first time from ur Channel. Before when first time I made I saw from some other channel that was really good but, unfortunately I didn't had baking soda so I saw ur video.Very bad experience.
