If You dont have accounts on Instagram,Twitter, Facebook and TH-cam - consider creating some. All of them are reaching some audience. Facebook at the time has best paid targeted advertisement out there. Switched my professions recently as well to finally start doing something that i am passionate about. Good luck Mate!!!
You can start to build a fanbase by engaging with others, posting regularly, exchanging free beats for emails/social follows, etc. It takes time and patience, and we have plenty of marketing guides to help you build your business, here: bit.ly/2Ulc6V2. Hope this helps!
