+dROp tHAt BeaT what's up fam? ..Good question because a lot of people think its a specific amount. When really it's whatever you want it to be. Some people just want to be able to buy nice things. Some people want it to pay their bills (phone, rent, food, etc.) theres really no specific amount. For me it's basically when you can make a sustainable amount per month & NOT have to work a 9-5. So I say add up your monthly bills & whatever that is, double that &that's the number I would shoot for.. I'm with Beatstars. I'm on the charts not sure the positions though because I don't pay attention to that. Hopefully this helps fam. Thanks for watching!! 💯

I noticed the second one you posted about having a website. The Beatstars one is a good idea but what if we can't afford the pro version? Then what?? The limit is only 10 beats and on top of that they take a certain percentage from a beat sale :/
Start with the free account, they do take a percentage of your sales. But, it’s a start. & that’s what we have to do, START!
Ok then, i already did that. But i'm releasing and making 3-5 beats a week, the limit is 10 for me right now. So that's it?? It's obvious to get the pro page but what if people don't want to buy your beats cause most of them are pricks, then what??

Solid video BeatMajors, definitely liked the bonus tip at the end... wasn't aware of TubeBuddy completely until very recently and your video was a great explanation of that tool and how effective it is. Some questions I have for you as well:
1) Do you have or plan on making a video to help further explain strategies or best practices for TH-cam Videos such as the best way to do descriptions, video image selection, etc?
2) Do you have or plan on making a video for strategies on how to properly or more effectively do email marketing campaigns for beatmakers?
3) Do you have or plan on making a video for strategies on how to use paid advertising effectively such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc?

I guess to answer all of your questions, yes I will be creating videos on that. I will be getting more in depth with the marketing videos. I don't run ads much so I won't touch on those until I get more acquainted with that. But they will come as I progress.

so when i put beats on a beat selling site/my own site i should send the track outs with the initial purchase instead of a later request
NEVER send trackouts if they didn’t buy exclusive rights, if you have an unlimited license then maybe, just maybe I would send trackouts (if requested) ..If you give someone the stems they then have control over your WHOLE beat, they can recreate it, they can do whatever. I say just send High Quality .MP3 & .WAV files. Hope this helps you my man. Thanks for watching. 💯

How do you even get emails to build a list
There's plenty of ways fam. Get you a mailchimp or aweber account, give away free beats in exchange for their email, run contests, do webinars, give something of VALUE in exchange for an email.

Most essential. You will be surprised at how many producers DO NOT have an actual beat store. They still using Soundcloud to sell beats. Soundcloud doesn’t send the beats after the artist(s) send you the money. So yes, first five minutes needed to be about “get a beat store” 🤷🏾♂️
