Nice video! Can you please explain in another video how a foreigner can buy and own a property like this free and clear since it’s a house? How would you structure the deal? Would there be some kind of lease of the land or would there be full land ownership somehow?
I dont think it is free to own a property like this.

I dont think foreigners can own a house/land in Thailand. Only condo but only if a percentage of the total units are owned by locals. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually foreigner can buy house just by signing a land lease which is usually a 20 year lease.

The pool should of been off to the side of the villa, instead of in the middle. It would of made a better flowing home. Still nice though.
True, but I like the fact the pool will not be collecting bugs and leafs, and being saltwater with minimal sunlight the maintenance should be a breeze. Things deteriorate quickly outdoors in the Land of Smiles.
I can't remember ever sending a pool in the middle. Perhaps, in Bali. The maintenance must be weird. Does the pool guy have a key to your home???
