This condo project looks really nice. A big bonus being so close to a Central mall, Fortune City, Jodd Fair, MRT, and Airport Express station.
I really like the last 2 bedroom Condo.. extra space always comes in handy, especially if u plan on having family and freinds over for long stretch
I would consider that one of I chose to live in Bangkok. I kind of like the idea of an ocean view though. I love the split level design of the first two units very much!

Most of these smaller units could really use what we call a Murphy Bed, retracts into wall. Have a desk by the window for your office/bedroom area.

Outside pools.. with windy conditions, especially on higher floors, I bet its not heated. Saw that in Waikiki Beach at Queen Kapiolani Hotel😮
Bangkok is pretty hot, certainly much more than Waikiki
I really love the high ceiling concept for a studio it's almost like it's a one bedroom in that case. I would definitely get a pull out sofa bed for the 1st floor for guests instead. Other than that this is an amazing property to live at!

What are additional costs of buying an apartment like this. Is there a monthly fee from the condo?
Says in the description 45 THB per square meter/month. So the 72 sq.m condo would cost just under $100/month in maintenance fees. Crazy cheap. In New York, you would pay $3000/month for something comparable.

One downside could be that Jodd Fairs lease is up at the end of this year and its moving locations.
As someone that lives very close by, Jodd Fair going is a massive plus. The traffic around it is mental with many bus loads of Chinese making the area a nightmare from 5pm.
