    I used X-Jet for 7 years and carrying that 40 pound 5 gallon bucket puts wear on your back! Walking on uneven ground carrying a bucket will break your back eventually. We now downstream! Much easier, I don't get home with an aching back!

      You got to do what’s right for you . For what I do it’s perfect .. however I use to go through 3 hoses a year plus wands (guns ) and the down-streamers are always stop working … I have not replaced a hose or applicator gun in 3 years … and if I have a big project … I’ll use it but i don’t wash constantly … I do other things too… and for me I’m in the gym all the time… to me it’s just exercise moving it around… but I have the sealed plastic container which is gold I never use buckets . 😀 anyway stay safe and happy washing !!!

    Just put a longer hose on it I put a 200 foot hose on mine I don’t walk around with a bucket

      I use a downloaders too , depends on the situation however when you run chemical through the hoses it eats them up fast … even if you rinse … since I do other projects…it’s not a concern ,however doing it this way I actually get3 to 4 years out of a hose …..

    also may i ask why you dont just use the x jet for rinsing

    • @thrlllckr6244

      You can use it to rinse ,I usually switch to a rinsing tip so I don’t have to drag tank around.

      @@pricelesslife6205 actually use it all the time I do have the biggest machine dewalt makes 4200 psi 4gallon a minute …. However I have done 100s of houses with just a 2.5 Gpm … might just take a while longer … I’m thinking of buying a pro trailer in the near future … but just starting out you can get it done with the minimum … and work your way up …

    Do you have to have the owners water running while you use the xjet?

    • @thrlllckr6244
      @thrlllckr6244  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Absolutely… every phase of a house wash requires owners water.

      Every market is different ..figure out what you need.. for your labor and materials… wealthy neighborhoods will pay premium prices .. however you have to be careful your dealing with someone’s most valuable asset .. so make sure you have insurance.

      @@kodyandcarly5899 no never use straight it always has to be mixed with water … you can destroy a lot of things it always has to be diluted always… the proportioner is probably best for you … you ….because it takes a lot of experimenting to get the mixing right for each job … however if you use undiluted sh on someone’s property you will find yourself in court very quickly.
