The previous generations are the equivalent of leaving one piece of toilet paper on the roll and expecting the next person to change it because they can't be bothered. It is not for Gen Z to fix its something that every generation needs to work on, we should be helping Gen Z and whatever generation is next to succeed not putting it on them to "fix it". This is why every Gen Z complains about being burnt out they are just picking up pieces of a broken system, you can't "fix it" and also have to worry about why its all broken in the first place at the same time.

Gen X was the last generation to buy affordable homes. We are fixing to leave this broken system.

Not true you can still buy a 2+2 or 3+2 in many areas of the USA for 150-200k

Younger generations are so worthless, and are merely to be consumed by the old

I live with gen z (grad students shifted to gen z in 2019) and yes they are extremely fluid which does give a lot of advantages to the reality of living with the technology we have created going forward and no doubt continue to..harbinger that we are changed .. . however ... a price has been dearly paid by this first wave by the first 5 yrs of GenZ... I hope you continue your research as I have witnessed the first wave, the first digital natives were allowed unchecked screen time in their developing years and we are already walking that back for infants and toddlers.. The dopamine cycles are not considered very healthy to allow all the time on screen for toddlers and developing minds when we were so in love with these technological innovations.
Then as this first wave hits their first years of being "adults" the pandemic hit. Again what is important to development as we enter adulthood is that you are very busy creating your first life bonds or practicing creating your first life bonds and seeing where you may fit in society, intensely interacting with each other... well none of that practice happened. They were isolated to even more screen time to get their "human" needs... So it is my theory that that first wave will walk through the decades notably different from the previous and the later gen z..There is huge missing information around bonding, human interactions, and health habits from what I have seen in all the years of sharing my house young people.. I do feel the subsequent gen z will be tempered from this first wave. They are indeed a revolutionary force in our society and kudos to forward researching this generation

Flipping companies or job fields makes for a very skilled jack of all trades, master of none. They are destined to stay entry level every time they hopscotch. Given time most will conform. The reason our current model is used is because it works for those of us in non- office environments.

Try and build a strong company culture with hybrid working. Culture is king. What do we do with engineers, builders, doctors etc. Say work from home? Hybrid working could starve the workforce. It has a place but it cannot become the norm.

I'm from that generation, there are many great sociable and kind people among them. They're not as addict to screens as some may think. It's just a way to socialize in a world where most people don't have much green safe spaces. I don't really think they can fix the workplace. Many are sad and lost, and what they truly need is Jesus in their lives. Then, they will truly be able to accomplish their purpose on earth. Because the human heart has a missing piece that has the same shape as God.
