As an older man, I see all the time when people become bitter about not getting what they want in life yet never having put any real effort into their goals in the first place. Hello Casey , there is 1 thing i would love you to cover on this channel , and that is how to deal with physical confrontaion and how to defend yourself . It my sound stupid but nowdays me and a lot of other guys i speak to dont know when they should jump in and when they shouldnt take shit seriously , and they end up into big problems coz they started fights over things that mby they shouldnt have while they staying quite in situations we didnt know we shouldve stand up . I hope some content about this comes soon from you , thanks a lot
First, start to boxing or any martial art. To know when to fight or not you need to try to de escalate, take your personal space very seriously in those situations and always silent your fear, dont let adrenaline take controll and stay coldheaded. Someone breaks your personal space, fight mode on.
