It came out so soft and spongy. I used the exact measurements and oven 20 minutes.. thanks a lot . My 2 year old Grandson loved it .

I did exactly this, 25 min its way too long. My muffins are hard and too brown😟 recipe is great though. Taste delicious minu being too hard outside, they are soft inside. Next time i am baking for 17-18 min only

that doesnt look like an 1 cup measurement amount. 1 cup she meant her little tiny cup, not the actual measurement cup. FYI. is that a 3 tbsp of yogurt? because it looks like she ha 3 tsps of it.
My tiny cup is an actual measuring cup - 250 ml - and if you don’t like my recipe, just scroll past and get on with your life.

You could try a Flax egg I guess.
Mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water and let it sit for 15 min then add it to the batter
