Zastavas are def duty grade AK's IMO. Built tuff as fuck. Built right. I especially like the finish on these guns compared to other AK's that use a painted finish. It goes bang with any magazines and any ammo you throw thru it and the gun was built all around for longevity of use. You wont get a better bang for your buck. Unless you order a WBP from ArmsofAmerica. Those are very very nice too.
I have the battle worn walnut and at first I thought they used sub par wood because it has dings and what look like worm holes, but it fits the rifle perfectly and I'm glad I got this one. There's just something about an AR that screams NOT pristine.
@Jonasazi right! I got mine two days ago and I was looking at the wood and thought to myself this doesn't look like battle worn dark walnut then I looked up the sku on my order and it matched. The wood looks better and better each time I look at it. Really looks good in sunlight. I have some boiled linseed oil that I'm gonna treat it with
Zastava great Ak I bought my ZPAP a few years ago first upgrade a krebs safety selector,ALG trigger,zastava folding stock,cheese grater gas tube cover ,zastava rail mount ,bd2 muzzle break finished of with a Romeo 5red dot SWEET shooter recoil barley any🎯💸🔬🫡
@@SafetySteves she’s a beauty! Definitely more build than my PSA GF5. This PSA build is nice and I’ve had no issues but my gut told me get the Zastava for a true Ak. I may keep the GF5 I mean run it and run it if anything it has lifetime warranty

I bought it used and the front sight post as well as cleaning rod where missing. I replaced the front sight post but never got another cleaning rod. 😪
