- The Autobot Jazz is a very popular Transformer and the original Generation One version is hard to find in great shape at a good price. This counterfeit reissue version might fill that need to have an original Jazz. Captain Kyle examines this high-quality fake reissue to see if he could find a place in your collection.
Jazz, the Special Operations Officer, is one of the most popular G1 Autobots, likely in part due to the incredible portrayal by voice acting legend Scatman Crothers. While he is no longer with us, his voice acting touches the lives of so many to this day. The original toy of Jazz was a slight redeco of the Diaclone version. The original mold was also reused for Targetmaster Stepper, who is called Ricochet in the US since his reissue. This high-quality counterfeit is a great representation of the original toy. Captain Kyle examines it closely to see if deserves a spot on your shelf.

I just got a KO Sunstreaker and he works just fine as a stand in especially if you just want to experience the toy
Why the heck hasn't Hasbro realised that it could clean up if it released the original model lineup, in the original boxing?
I've had many Temu copies for my 7 year old boy. They vary in quality, but I've tinkered with them and now they're pretty much indistinguishable from the 80s ones I used to get.
And an original Jazz didn’t have the grey on the doors. I know because I have an original.
New sub to the channel as a few weeks ago. Really enjoying the videos.
Not bad for a dubious release. Back in the 80’s not all the figures were released here where I live -Mexico-, so it was about 2006 when I could get a G1 Jazz. The plate on the back slides, which I don’t think is intentional, providing options for show or hide when seen from the front. That version has tampos for the racing deco mostly.
I have a complete Joustra Diaclone Porsche. The Packaging is Great, even the original Sticker Sheet was there, but dried out, no wonder after all this Years. 🙃
So i have laminate the Sheet for Eternity .😉
The stickers on this one are a dead givaway. The factory applied door stickers are silver instead of clear, and it's strange they went without the martini logo on the door, but added it on the spoiler and windshield
If it's Martini stickers they might be banned in some regions due to advertising alcohol to minors

I have 1 of those to with bluestreak knock off the jazz I find the metal part seems to be stiff when transforming it I actually put jazz away I his box that metal around that black part seems to stiff blue streak is ok I'm having trouble with the launchers on shoulders on blue streak and jazz yes thst part on jazz the launcher I don't get ether
and it still good it still g1

Which g1 autobot cars had die cast metal. And do the knockoff cars have diecast metal ? I know Optimus prime KO does. So that may answer my own question but was curious bc I think there were a few cars that did and wondering if that made it over to the ko reissues ? THX !
Most G1 cars... at least the ones brought over from Diaclone had at least some die-cast metal. Every G1 "reissue" I have purchased has had the original configuration of die-cast parts. Short answer, yes. 😀
