Hi Deepika, the left over water is unfit for drinking but yes can be used for plants as the ozone is unstable and converts into Oxygen.

Yes you can use directly after cutting roots.
You can ozonize directly, however after that if must be washed completely with water. 😊🙏

Hi Saurav, disinfectant like harpic like stuff works very well on all the types of infection. Thing is these are dangerous for skin but it is a good sanitizer for bathroom purposes.

Correction: Ozone is known to kill microorganisms, but NOT PESTICIDES. The process that kills is called "reverse osmosis" which has no effect on chemicals.
