368 rs is a raugh estimate electricity cost may be higher then that, because of losses in the system. As it contains resistive element in practical resistive load have higher losses
His maths is very weak... Grapes are having 82% water in them if you completely dehydrate 250kg them all that left is 45kg and not even 70kg as he is mentioning. Moreover he has not invented this machine he probably is using desiccant dehumidifier.

I appreciate his work but he spread wrong information, he told white layer on grapes is chemical actually it’s not chemical it’s a natural wax coating on grapes....
