Dear Sir - I am really thankful for this amazing video. I am looking for videos on "how make perfume spray (non-alcoholic) because of religious reason. In this video you just did not mention one but several emulsifiers which can be used. This is the only proper video on the topic of making spray perfume without the use of alcohol. Thank you for your work.

Sir... If i use other oil... Like almond oil then i have to use emulsifier righ?? So i have to mix 4.5 essential oil + 4.5 almond oil = 9 ml oil part so do i need to put alphox 9 ml 1:1 part of oil... And after then i need to put water yes??

We do have fragasol solvent to make water based perfumes, any other emulsifier you want to use feel free sir, there are many , in case you want to ask anything specific, please let me know here sir
Hi, abhijeet sir, i am using lemongrass oil soluble fragrance of SHKelkar & co in my liquid dishwash, i am mixing it with aqua mix in the proportion of 1: 2 i am facing a problem of solution not getting vicious & also fragrance diffusion is less so how to solve this problem please revert, thank you
Can we mix both H castor oil and tween 20 with perfume to make as base or else only use any one with perfume can u suggest if possible

kelkar ji, kya water soluble perfume ke liye perfumes bhi water soluble lena hoga?
Sir you have a choice either you take a already water soluble fragrance or you take a oil soluble fragrance & convert it into water soluble by using emulsifier

But how many types of emulsifier are thr and from whr wil get ths knowledge..and it's mixing quantity
There are many, you need to check from your supplier which one suits you best, we are trying to procure a new type which will give transparent solution & quite effective

Sir how to minimize the alcoholic smail/ethanol samil??
1st check from your supplier for better quality ethanol, if its from grain it will have very less smell
2nd, you can use galaxolide approx 1% in alcohol directly to reduce the smell
In my place hydrogenated castrol oil is not available... For oil base perfume which oil will be best??

At that time of making video, i don't remember which one was that; however over some years we have tried, many like polysorbates & HCO, but finally we have our own blend now which we think is perfect, we sell it by name Fragasol,
@@KelkarFragrances great sir Actually few days ago I tried to make my own non alcoholic perfume formule in which I Used fragrance oil, pollysorbet 20, DPG, Benzyle Benzote and DM water it was very good.
Perfume was millky and smelling good but there was one problem when I spray perfume it's leave white or milky stains on skin and on cloths as well don't know why I have used other non alcoholic perfume they are also milky but they do not leave stain.
I have been trying to find our reason and solve this problem from last 1 month but still did not get reaso.
Hope you will help me as I want to start my own perfume business with non alcoholic perfume but first I want to solve this stain problem so please help to solve this it will be greats help for me

We have a decent quality products from SK France which can be compared to international brands, projection & lasting varies from product to product, for eg a oriental fragrance would always have better lasting than a higher priced ozonic or aqua fragrance. i suggest you buy a small quantity & check yourself
Why water base perfumes are required...? Is it to increase its longitivity or to reduce cost...?
Alcohol acts as a best solvent for perfumes however when due to religious beliefs or other conditions like allergy to alcohol are there, we need a substitute for alcohol
There couod be many some prefer water as solvent

1 litre Dm water me kitna preservative add Karna padta hai?, aur usko life Kitna Badhta hai?
Every preservative will have their own dosage for example iscaguard peg will work in 0.4 to 1%
Where as iscaguard PFA will work in o.5 to 1.5%
Ap jaha se preservative le wahan se uska dose malun kar lijiye

I don't know about the side effect but its got very limited use, there are much better solutions are available with us & in the market as well

Sir, can we mix alphox 200 and instead of dm water can we use Distilled or mineral water.
Does alphox 200 have any side effect on the skin. Because if sprayed on clothes some part of the spray gets sprayed on the skin too.

I do not suggest alphox 200, its a harmful substance & may cause irritation on the skin, there are plenty of emulsifiers which can be used for solubilizing oil in water
Also i would prefer DM water anyday over distilled water; however if DM is not available you may make an exception & can go with distilled water as well

Hello sir, i want to make a room spray..if my recipe is 55g distilled water, 40g grain alcohol and 5g essential oils..what solubulizer do i use? Polysorbate 80? Also where can i find perfumers alcohol in india? I am using grain alcohol because perfumers alcohol is not available..in perfumers alcohol they use dpg right? Do much dpg is added in grain alcohol to achieve perfumers alchohol? Your help will be very much appreciated
Hi avanti, i want to understand why do you need to have both, distilled water & alcohol, see both are used as solvent, if for religious beliefs or to avoid any allergies you are avoiding alcohol than do it totally,
Polysorbate can used as fragrance (oil) solubilizer in water , u can use 80 No issue, or you can use many other such solvents , you should be mixing fragrance with solubilizer make a homogenous solution & than add water, mix it thoroughly & than add alcohol, however just 5 gm dose of polysorbate may not be enough to hold the solution properly it may break down after some time or in a day or 2, usually the ratio of fragrance & solubiliser should be minimum 1:1
4% DM water+8% DPG+ ethnol ?

here i mean "balance is ethanol, however please note that you can alter this by increasing or decreasing the ratio of secondary solvents to alter the projection and/or longevity of a fragrance

Yes you can, there are several glycols, and each one will give different results
