Thank you so much ketki, I did not understood your question. see MSME does not give manufacturing license, its just recognize you as manufacturer or trader or service provider as per information provided by you while filling out their form. in case you need to manufacture any cosmetics you have to have FDA of your own facility o you can opt to take help from other party which already is having such facility & can produce at their factory under 3rd party

@@KelkarFragrances Thank you Mr. Kelkar. Just explaining further to avoid any confusion. While filling up the MSME form, I mentioned manufacturing as my major activity. But now I am opting for third party manufacturing. Hence on the product label, my name would come as 'Marketed By', not manufactured by'. Do I need to get my major activity category changed or I can opt for third party manufacturing without changing anything in the MSME registration status? Hope I am clear now.

@@KelkarFragrances great sir Actually few days ago I tried to make my own non alcoholic perfume formule in which I Used fragrance oil, pollysorbet 20, DPG, Benzyle Benzote and DM water it was very good. Perfume was millky and smelling good but there was one problem when I spray perfume it's leave white or milky stains on skin and on cloths as well don't know why I have used other non alcoholic perfume they are also milky but they do not leave stain. I have been trying to find our reason and solve this problem from last 1 month but still did not get reaso. Hope you will help me as I want to start my own perfume business with non alcoholic perfume but first I want to solve this stain problem so please help to solve this it will be greats help for me

well FDA clearly states that if anything has to be applied or sprinkled or poured etc on Human skin, once you write hanky, technically you wont need FDA license, however you may still need permission from local corporation for storing alcohol as its highly inflammable

Thats a really big topic, u know you have to actually dice-ct each perfume & see which one goes with what and than accordingly use the base molecules for improving the performance, we don't do that and that why have limited choice as galaxolide etc, DPG is not a fixative its more of a diluent, but it acts as fixative indirectly as its reducing the evaporation rate of alcohol & there by increasing the time perfume stays on cloths or body

@priyankabhagat9512 I m sorry to say but that's wrong information, no matter what is the size of your work U need the license, also MSME is not manufacturing license, u may have msme, gst, udyam aadhr and whatnot, still if you don't have FDA license it's of no use

cant help there, many chemicals are there which are integral o formula & they will bring color changes or result in darker color, its like you want mangoes but you hate yellow color, cant help you there sir, its what it is

We do have fragasol solvent to make water based perfumes, any other emulsifier you want to use feel free sir, there are many , in case you want to ask anything specific, please let me know here sir

Hi, Sorry for delay, we do not take 3rd party mfgr services, we are providers of concentrated juice of fine fragrances

Try adding Ambroxin 5 to 6 drops per 100 ml of perfume making

you can try incresaing the dose of fragrance up to 20% and also DPG upto 15%, it should help

Sir its freely soluble in ethanol so just mix it with your ethanol
