Personal experience regarding the size for the caliper pins: I replaced front pads and rotors on our 2016 XC60 T6 R-Design (Drive-e 2.0L B4204T9) yesterday and found that the pins are 11mm hex not 9mm. I was able to use a 7/16 hex thankfully (11.1125mm). It only penetrated 3mm into the hex pin, but that was enough.
Merci pour la vidéo. Si possible une vidéo sur les freins et disques arrières avec le frein à main électrique. Comment désactiver le freinage électrique avec ordinateur et l'activer après la fin de travail.
He never pumped the brake pedal several times to push the brake caliper piston out to realign the new pads to the brake disc.Could cause the car not to stop on first use of the brakes.

Thanks FCP Euro, followed your guide today and everything went smoothly 👌
Great job! Please demonstrate changing the disc and pads on the rear wheel of the XC60 T8! Cheers
Noted, thank you for watching!

Can you make a video on how to install a battery tender on Volvo XC 60 B5? Thanks a lot!
Thank you, that was a top notch video!

Aren't you suppose to crack the brake reservoir before compressing the pistons?
Its not good to put on ceramic paste on 2 pins. Silicone paste is recomended on pins.
International shopping available?
11:50 here... is it technically possible to install the piston-side brake pad upside down in the calliper by mistake? thanks for feedback
They only go on one way, no need to worry about it being upside down!
