The new edition of Warhammer, the Horus Heresy has officially launched and here at Zorpazorp we are Emperors massive balls deep into the carnage of the 31st millennium and over the next few months we’ll be unveiling a Warhammer Narrative Campaign like nothing you have ever seen before, in fact we’ve already shot it, and upon hearing about our crazy plans the folks over at Games Workshop decided to hop on board and rope me into some madness of their own. Two space marines surviving a tower breach and rubbles, coming out to hold the gates is one of the most Warhammer things I've seen in my life. Congratz!
Genuinely awesome work. The Dawn of War voice lines, the lines from the audiobook (Mark of Calth is excellent), the special effects and narrative scenario really elevate this above any mere battle report. My favourite space marine vehicle has to be the humble Rhino. It is ubiquitous. Whether you need to assault a fortified position, rapidly relocate or simply hold your ground, the humble Rhino is the tool for the job. If you count all the Rhino derivatives, then it serves in almost any role you could want. In short, Rhino's are great, and so are you!

The only issue with a castle in scifi is why don't the invaders just use aircraft? I'm sure there's some lore reason, and space Marines are known for favoring tradition over tactics (see: drive closer, I want to hit them with my sword)
Thank you buddy! In this particular part of the conflict the Heretic air elements were in engaged in dog fights in low orbit, but we'll see some aircraft in later parts of the campaign!

The best vehicle hands down is the rhino. Glad to see it in plastic. It's been here since the 80's and it'll be here probably forever. Congrats on the new series look forward to seeing more of it!

My favourite Vehicle has to be the ol' reliable Rhino, it has so much charm as was always at the affordable price point when I was much younger and wanted to get myself a proper "tank".

Hey zorpazorp my favourite vehicle would have to be the land raider just because of how badass it looks and how cool it looks when plowing straight through enemy lines and dropping off a load of termies!!
Favourite vehicle, very hard decision but it has to be the sicaran, specifically the omega as those huge plasma canons can do some huge damage

As for SM vehicles, the Land Raider will always be the king! There is nothing cooler than that massive tank going all field untouched to unload a squad of assault terminators from it's assault ramp!

My favourite space marine vehicle is a tough one there are so many beautiful vehicles but it would have to be the Fellblade. Its massive, beautiful and packed with immense gunfire plus it looks so good in my legions colours, the iron hands.
This is so cool! I can’t believe you took one of my favorite audio books and made it so we get to see the battles outside of our heads. All of the edits are incredible and the hard work definitely shows! Man this is like a movie!!! Well done!
This reminds me so much of the theatre of mind I would have when reading White Dwarf magazine in the late 90s or early 2000s. This is how I pictured the zoom-ups and the arrows on the paper and the narrative they would have running through the battle reports. You have encapsulated it perfectly, Lachy.
Also, the LandSpeeder was the first vehicle I saw as a kid, and I would use it to draw it on the side of my textbooks, and I would constantly look at that little catalogue you used to get with unit boxes.

Wow. Loved the battle report. The epic, massive board (of course, it’s a Zorpazorp vid, what did I expect), the cinematic shots and effects, and to top it all off, some awesome voices straight out of the original material to add to the immersion. Hands down one of the best and most entertaining battle reports I’ve ever seen. My favorite space marine vehicle has got to be the Redemptor dreadnought. It may not be heresy-era, but the lore is amazing. A space marine trapped inside a weapon so powerful yet so grim to pilot that the imperium has to indoctrinate space marines to crave it above all else- it’s super grim dark and awesome

My favourite space marine vehicle has to be the land raider, I just love how it's just this massive impenetrable brick that smashes its way across the battlefield and then pops the ramp down and unleashes a blender right on top of the enemy.

Favorite vehicle has to be the Contemptor Dreadnought. Imagine fighting and dying during the Great Crusade, while legions of fellow brothers drive back the xeno threats and then being put to slumber, just to awake to a 'civil war' and watch those same brothers obliterating each other. No wonder every dreadnought since then wakes up angry.

As for the vehicle, the Land Speeder might not be the greatest but as the only one that I could afford as a teen it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Best vehicle has to be the land raider after reading white dwarf battle reports from 3rd edition, that thing was a beast with terminators inside.

I did comment about tanks in one of the two first videos, come to think of it again, i'd say that my favorites imperial tanks (design wise) are baneblade and it's iterations and the sicarian tanks too, and then the land raider.. love those design..

An absolutely great video and you presented my favorite battle during the Horus Hersey in such a dynamic and interesting way. I cant wait for the campaign/battle rules you guys used to be uploaded so my friends and I can try it out.
I would say that my favorite vehicle from the Horus Hersey is the Mastodon. I just love how chunky and industrial it looks and I always imagined the space marine commanders discussing tactics while the Mastodon is in the middle of the fight!

As for favourite vehicle, it has to be the Land Raider. The Rhino is ubiquitous, but the Land Raider is the true king of transports. Also it's the perfect companion to my Deathwing Terminators!

Found This Channel while looking for Horus Heresy Battle Reports. Just getting into Horus Heresy and I love how the board is setup. Love how you guys use the SFX giving it a a Cinematic feel for the game. In Terms of Favorite Vehicle, I would have to say the Vindicator Laser Destroyer. I love how its a Forward facing tank destroyer that just decimates armor, Reminds me of the old germen tanks such as the Jagdtiger. I'll definitely be watching more of your videos

My favorite vehicle is the dreadnought as I find the idea of a 7ft killing machine being wounded unto death then being interred into a much bigger killing machine very badass, and rightly so dreadnoughts are venerated heroes and their wisdom from hundreds or thousands of years of battle is appreciated and acted upon with fervor. This video is also AMAZING I can’t believe someone could make something like this and as the ultramarines are my legion/chapter (in 40k) this campaign is very interesting and your visualisation of it is SO good! Amazing job again!
