One thing I discovered which I have not seen mentioned anywhere - if you have more than one paired device (like a streamer as well as a mini mic), if you press the pairing button ONCE when pairing the second device it will overwrite the first one. So when pairing the second device you need to press TWICE.

Cochlear really needs to redo this video. We need all information in order to have a successful experience. After all, having a new device is a bit overwhelming and easing the way is consistent with Cochlear America's goal.

Hi Justin! Thank you for contacting us today. We are sorry that at this time you cannot connect directly to your MacBook or Xbox, however if you have a Mini Microphone you can plug it directly into either your laptop or gaming system and be able to stream the sounds directly from your Mini Mic to your sound processor. We hope that helps!

Is there anything cochlear has for Gaming? Like PlayStation or Computers? I know many young teens want to communicate with their friends online while gaming. My daughter uses earphone microphones but she said it hurts her eardrums

Hello Rogelio, thank you for contacting us! If you are interested in streaming audio from the games to the Processor, you should be able to connect the TV Streamer to your TV if the gaming system is connected to the TV. If you are wanting to stream audio from a computer, you can use the Mini Microphone 2+ or the Phone Clip to stream the audio to the Sound Processor. If you would like more assistance with this setup, please contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, or send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store. We are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MST.
