    How do I pair this if my ReSound hearing aid is already paired under hearing devices? I don’t see an option where I can connect both at once. Been a HA user since I was 1 in both ears and now I’m using the implant in my right and HA in my left. I’ve tried to connect my hearing aids under Bluetooth after “forget device” under hearing devices but no luck with having it show up under Bluetooth.

      Hello Ashley,
      To pair both a Cochlear sound processor and your Resound, first the two devices need to be linked together by the audiologist. Our customer service agents can assist you with the pairing process as well.
      Please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, you can send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store, 8am to 5pm MT. Contacting us by phone we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

    My Cochlear CP1110 has been working really well for a year. Now I cannot get it to pair with my Apple phone - the one it has worked with all along. I followed the pairing instructions and when I got to the point where I selected "pair" the next thing I see is a continuously spinning wheel. It has been several minutes and it is still spinning.

      Hello Lance! Thank you for your comment. I understand that your Nucleus 8 is having issues connecting with your iPhone and the Nucleus Smart App. Can you confirm the devices are showing connected under the Made for iPhone settings under Settings>Accessibility>Hearing Devices? If so, we will want to delete and reinstall the Nucleus app itself and repair to the app. In order to best assist you, please send us a direct message so we can gather necessary information to support you. Also, please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, you can send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store, 8am to 5pm MT. If contacting us by phone, we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

    If I am upgrading from N7 to N8 (bilateral) , but one side was upgraded earlier, do I have to delete both currently paired with my iPhone and re-pair both?

    • @CochlearAmericas
      @CochlearAmericas  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello Marcita,
      I understand you have bilateral pairing questions. Yes, you will need to unpair any hearing devices currently paired to your iPhone and then pair the new ones. If you need assistance with that, let us know and we can walk you through those steps.
      Please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, you can send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store, 8am to 5pm MT. Contacting us by phone we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

      Hello Nicole,
      Our processors do not have the capability to pair to any laptops. To connect to the laptop, you'll need to use a Mini Microphone with an auxiliary cable plugged into the headphone port, or a Phone Clip connected to the laptop via Bluetooth.
      Please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, you can send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store, 8am to 5pm MT. Contacting us by phone we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

      @CochlearAmericas  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello @riodong2004,
      It sounds like your processors may not be communicating with each other. You'll need to see your audiologist to get those devices linked together. Once that's done, you should see them listed as a single Not Paired line.

    How can I pair it with a PC please?

    • @CochlearAmericas
      @CochlearAmericas  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Serine, you will not be able to pair a sound processor with a PC at this time, however you can pair directly with a Mini Microphone and plug that device into the PC so that it will stream directly to your sound processor.

      @@CochlearAmericas I'm a little concerned about this. Input/Output hardware like the 3.5mm jack could easily go the way of the dinosaur while Bluetooth, which has been around for 25yrs, is everywhere and going strong. Does CA have an accessory that is guaranteed to wirelessly pair to Windows devices?
