How many times do you see minivans in the fast lanes going 100mph! Any car can do 100mph if that's what you want. If you want to race from light to light then get a stang, or vette lol I can not think of one bad thing to say about this car. I wish they had led brake lights but I found some after market ones so no biggie lol
Hi, guys! No one says about this, but almost all Nissan vehicles come with ceramic brake pads, made by Hitachi brand, from Japan. This is a huge difference related to the normal brake pads: no black dusty and long life duration, above 50.000 miles, and you will have your wheels always clean. The perfomance brake is also better than the normal pads. My full Versa 2018 came from factory with these ceramic brake pads. I recommend it. Buy the Nissan. Sam, congratulations about your channel.
Well, I just put nissan breaks to my 2015 nissan altima and they squeak soon laud, took it back and they said it was dusty, same night it started doing the same and I have always put off brand breaks and never had this issue.
My cousin had first generation Sentra and second generation Maxima in the 80s. I love the new Sentra Nissan are doing so well with their lineup. This coming from loyal Nissan owner. The 2020 Sentra is beautiful looks better than its cousin Altima has tech features wish was equipped with moonroof. Nissans have bigger trunks for years. If I was go back to a sedan would be a Sentra love this car as much like Maxima. People complain about Nissan reliability with Renault and CVTs heck those are ones never driven a Nissan all cars can't be perfect, Nissan makes a good product think manufacturers might go CVT in all cars even trucks. I have a 12 Altima 3.5 V6 at 104k miles, it’s actually great in MPG as long as I accelerate normally and no flooring it, car gets up to speed with only 1-2k rpm, it’s fully loaded only gripe are the headlights are pretty ugly and even though I replaced them with dark ones you can still see the silhouette of them but it has a great ride, much much better than my previous 2007 Camry. I’m building credit right now but I’m hoping Nissan adds a turbo to the sentra and I’ll definitely be down to finance one!!!! The Corolla is also pretty sexy, at least from the side view. But the sentra looks better in all angles. The civic is overpriced!
WOW! In the latest Consumer Reports 2020 Annual Auto Issue (April), the new Altima BEAT BOTH the Camry & Accord in reliability! The Altima received a DOUBLE ARROW UP rating, the HIGHEST rating. The Accord received an AVERAGE rating, while the Camry received a SINGLE ARROW UP rating. Looking forward to the upcoming stylish and seductive Sentra following in the same path! Looking at the back to back shots you did of sitting in the driver's seat your legs are more stretched out in the Sentra regardless of it feeling smaller inside to you. Makes sense the Sentra has 1.7" more front legroom.

Então, retirei o meu no dia 26.05.2023 e, na primeira semana, já apareceu um problema no coxim. O carro começou a fazer muitos barulhos. De início, não conseguiam identificar o problema. Após dois dias, conseguiram ver que se tratava do coxim. Perguntei sobre essa questão de o veículo estar apresentando esse barulho e me informaram que eu acabei dando azar. Falaram que a peça chegaria em 7 dias úteis. Não preciso nem dizer que não chegou, né? Em contato com eles, me informaram que estão trabalhando no meu caso, porém falaram que não possuem a peça de reposição em fábrica. Ou seja, o carro novo, retirado no dia 26 de maio de 2023, não possui peças de reposição. Como a descoberta do dano se deu no dia 19 de junho de 2023, estipulei como limite para conserto o dia 19 de julho de 2023, pois, do contrário, vou solicitar aplicação do art. 18, § 1°, inciso II, do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, segundo o qual estabelece que, em caso de vício do produto, o consumidor tem o direito de restituição imediata da quantia paga, monetariamente atualizada, sem prejuízo de eventuais perdas e danos. Creio que o carro não seja ruim, mas pensar que gastei R$ 189.000,00 no veículo para estar passando por este tipo de situação me deixa muito desapontado. Honda Civic needs redesign and infotainment system on dash is old in the Civic, needs to be above dash and atleast 8-10 inches....... Sentra hands down.

Honda's notorious and fatal fuel-oil dilution defect on the 1.5 Earth Dreams engine will ultimately serve to shorten these vehicles' lives down the road (Civic, Accord, CR-V). Flawed piston ring design and bad direct injection engineering will be the 1.5 Earth Dream's Achilles Heel.

These are just a few of many Honda defects that should keep you busy for awhile. BTW, talking to Honda dealer service departments will get you nowhere, knowledgewise. Honda's automatic transmissions, especially when paired with a V6, have been historically weak in long-term durability. The truth hurts sometimes.
You are comparing a turbo charged (civic) with 25 more horsepower vs a naturally aspirated (sentra) and saying they don't accelerate the same. Well DUHHH.
I don’t understand why Nissan just carried over the 1.8T from the 2019 sentra. Most people keep their cars for a few years so who cares about longevity.
People who keep their cars for 5-8 years and put 100k miles within said time frame, most people want a car that can go up to 200k miles without major issues and nissan has had a very spotty track record on their transmissions going out as early as 40k miles up to 120k miles and it's a very common problem, I hope this new generation has improved upon that though

The sentra SR will win on a large margin no doubt I'm really surprised with Nissan's work its a night and day difference from previous generation, I have nothing to complain on the new Sentra SR but most complain about power well then buy a performance car not this one

The civic sport has different rear control arms, bigger swaybars, and retuned shocks, it handles better than the touring model Civic and WAY better than the Sentra. The Civic Sport is also available with a very nice manual transmission. I would never own a CVT they are absolute garbage! The 2.0 naturally aspirated port injected engine Civic with a manual transmission will last hundreds of thousands of miles, unlike the Sentra. The Sentra looks great, but it’s definitely the inferior car in handling and reliability over time.

Crappy thing is. These are "entry level vehicles", but people like me who work full time at minimum wage or just above, will never be able to afford them. Trash. Also, very nice biased review. 👍
The Sentra is an impressive vehicle, great price, great ride, great features but..the Honda drives faster.
If all you want is speed then get a vette!
Price matters for me. With the boost in HP for the sentra compared to previous models I'm sold on the sentra.
