    I never knew what displacement was for. But I want to commend you on your ability to explain your process as well as informing me about what it does. Can't fault people too much for making tutorials, because they are just trying to help. And I guess make money as well. But for subjects that I don't know about as well as those that I already do, it's just a fact that there are far more videos where people don't explain things well than there are that do. Some people just aren't good at it.
    Yours is one that does.

    One of the best PSP tutorials I've seen yet...and I've seen a few.

    Excellent ! I am glad that someone finally explains a tutorial about image editing with paintshop pro. I've been using the program for over 10 years and it's almost as good as PS. But there are - except from Coral - hardly usable videos. I hope for more !

      Sorry to be so off topic but does any of you know a tool to get back into an instagram account?

    Thanks this was a great vid .... I am into macro photography and would love to see the workaround for Focus Stacking or Image Stacking for PSP like they have in Photoshop
    Thanks again :)

    Great vid, sometimes difficult to follow (yes, I know about slowing it doen), but have you ever considered making a written tutorial of it as well, like Corel does?

      The blog was short lived because it wasn't gaining enough traffic to justify the work of creating entries, but this was one of the few that had a blog entry. See link in description or comments.

    Very informative. I love watching your videos. Could you one day do one on how to copy a person from one photo and blend them into another photo. For example if one photo has a good pic of one person and another photo has a good pic of everyone else. That would be great. Hope you haven't done that already. 😊

    • @makeshoppro6408
      @makeshoppro6408  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depending on what you are starting with, you might be able to use the built-in Photo Blend capability. Although this is a much older version of PSP, i think the steps are the same. th-cam.com/video/BZIN7agkgvk/w-d-xo.html

    great one once again !! is possible to make a video explaining or giving some tip about smudging and how brushes work when u smudge?

    • @makeshoppro6408
      @makeshoppro6408  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't really use the smudge tool, but Bob Taylor, a PaintShop Professional, I believe uses it quite a bit. learn.corel.com/all-experts/photo-experts/bob-taylor/?_ga=2.64153775.1227027103.1561553124-328219488.1553611267

    Hello Ken,
    where do the swirls and lines come from (they show up in my work too) that you can see very clearly at 8:45 ?
    Greetings, Peter

    • @makeshoppro6408
      @makeshoppro6408  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's unfortunately a byproduct of the displacement. I believe you can reduce its presence if you decrease the intensity of the effect, but it may not match your contours as well.

  • @TheBinaryWolf
    @TheBinaryWolf 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Excellent work. But the missing steps leave the beginner confused. Experts have a habit of assuming the student already knows half the steps. I think the best way to present a tutorial is the write down the steps then, on another day, try to follow them; thusly, you can detect which steps were overlooked and which of them need clarification.

    • @makeshoppro6408
      @makeshoppro6408  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is a great comment. This was one of my earlier videos. Hopefully my newer ones are easier to follow. In newer ones I try to label layers to make it easier to know which one i'm talking about.
