This tutorial is vastly better than just about anything that Corel has put out. at least that I've seen. It is direct, clear, methodical, and sympathetic to the learner. Well done. Special mention of expressing the cursor with a big yellow dot is in order. It seems so simple and obvious-- why didn't Corel and its mouse cowboys think of that? Maybe it's because, unlike you, they don't actually have the student in mind.

Great guide, clear and concise - exactly what the user manual is not. If there was a series of videos that showed how to do the more common tasks it would help people like me to learn a lot quicker than wading through 857 pages of 'Help'.

Please provide the photo files you are using so we can follow along. Doing a screen capture provides a lower res image than what you have.

That is awesome stuff, but how on earth do you remember all the options? This whole operation needs to be in a training class. I cant remember all those moves?

I want to use my Ps Pro to make clean line drawings from an image and then turn it into a vector file.
What tutorial have you done for this?

If you are looking for a 'vector trace' capability, you may want to look into inkscape.

@@makeshoppro6408 I have Inscape, I was just wonder if Paintshop can Caen up the pixels of an image file.
