  • To say that it has been a while since I uploaded an AC/DC reaction would be a real understatement. The last AC/DC reaction was over 6 months ago... Half a year. Believe me, I have been asking the same question too, why has it taken me so long? I have no idea. I guess I thought people weren't interested in them anymore. I'm guessing I was wrong. I have been told that Back In Black is one of their biggest songs so you already know I had to go ahead and listen to it! I really did forget how insane Angus Young is on the guitar.
Here is my reaction to hearing AC/DC - Back In Black for the first time. I hope you enjoy it!

There are two types of people in this world
    1 - Those who like AC/DC
2 - Those who haven’t heard them yet.

Mollyboy.. ain't gonna bullshit ya man EVERY SONG off this album is FIRE..“Back in Black” is an iconic rock album that has achieved remarkable commercial success. Released on 25 July 1980, it was the band’s first album to feature Brian Johnson as lead singer, following the tragic death of their previous vocalist, Bon Scott. Back in Black has sold an estimated 50 million copies globally, making it one of the best-selling albums in music history. The album’s all-black cover was designed as a “sign of mourning” for Bon Scott, and its hard rock and heavy metal sound resonated with fans worldwide. Back in Black remains a timeless classic, and its impact on rock music cannot be overstated!.

YOU have to understand every tune or your missing 1/2 the fun that the lads do taking the Mickey out of ppl with their humor!!!!! Bon and the lads have fun but Angus decides to go to town but hey that’s Angus just being Angus and the song as always is totally bad ass in my humble opinion. Just a thought. Interesting factoid. The Back in Black album was recorded in the Bahamas & is considered the most “sonically pure” album ever recorded. EVERY venue uses Back in Black (song) to set their EQ’s for the evening’s performance. It is literally the most pure “musically” you will ever find & I’m probably wrong, but I thought it was in the Guinness Book as such too. You should also check out Hells Bells if you’ve never heard it, we used it to mess with terries in Iraq, every morning. 😉

If you got the chops do the song “Let There Be Rock” from the River Plate concert December 2009. Angus does damn near 16 minutes of kicking ass guitar work and a solo in the air. I think it’s probably his greatest performance of all time even if Augus was 54. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Plus just close your eyes and concentrate on Angus’s solos and it’s even better!!!! Just saying!!!! So says Austin Tx. 🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎🍸
PS the old dudes are in the middle of their 2024 world tour currently playing in Europe!!!! Yes that’s right!!!! Of course you must listen to the song "For those about to Rock" from ACDC as well! I saw ACDC live in 1988. The canons that flanked their stage were huge and went off with a huge boom! Keep on rockin' Molly Boy!

MORE AC/DC!!! Any AC/DC. In my opinion, they do not have a bad song. I grew up in the 70's and 80's. Graduated high school in '88.

Angus Young has one of the best vibrato techniques ever. So distinctive and tasty. He created some of the Best guitar solos ever recorded. Gotta give props to his brother Malcom who was rock solid and his power cording was a key to how well the songs worked and created a perfect platform for the songs. AC/DC is just the best at what they do!

Hey Molly Boy. Great reaction. If you want to go back a few years to Bon Scott I highly recommend Let there Be Rock but it definitely has to be Apollo Theatre Glasgow 1978. It's a great example of the raw energy you get in a bands early years. Although at the top of their game with Bon Scott at the time, you won't belive the pure energy that Angus Young brings just a few years earlier. You HAVE to see it Molly. Trust me ❤

Little brothers taking us back! EW the memories! The parties! The ladies! Good times. You know despite the fact that Angus's brother's guitar is bigger than he is. And that these little dudes are so bad ass in the music scene. The are rock giants at 4 foot 11 I think Angus is like 5 foot even er something. There so powerful on stage. And yes early 80's up into the early 90's was AC/DC. They wasn't really considered metal but more Hard rock. In the Def Leopard, Autograph hark rock category.

Never been a huge AC/DC fan, but then again, i've never changed the radio when one of their songs come on. i respect this band a lot, and Angus is obviously one of the best rock n roll guitarists ever. i think of AC/DC as a working man's rock band. Very blue collar. Not taking themselves too seriously, just having a good time and putting out relatable, always in the bar, rock songs. Cheers mates.

This is the title song of the "Back in Black" album. The first album they released after Bon Scott's death. This was the BIG MIDDLE FINGER to all the doubters that thought the band was over and done after Bon's death. Put the album on and play it front to back... 10 songs... all bangers. One of the best albums ever released.

So much fun listening to this in the early 80s while riding a crazy amusement ride basically in the dark with strobe lights. I think it was a scrambler. Of course the guys running it let us ride through the whole song. It was just awesome and of course you can enjoy stuff like that anymore.
