    Hey Victor,
    I'm really enjoying your videos. I just bought a 2022 Street bob. I traded in my 2020 softail slim. I have a suggestion the next time you use that stuff may i suggest a q-tip they work great and it leaves no cotton residue. The q-tip will spread it better and you can control the amount you use. Just my suggestion. Great videos though. TY for your time..

    Hi Victor
    Just put the SE red spark plug wires like you did. Thanks! The only thing I did different was to remove the rear tank bolt and loosen the forward one and raised the rear gas tank a few inches. I didn't get any of the grease on the the plug tips or metal parts as you instructed!

    Great install video! I have the same exact bike but when I go to the Harley website to order these it says it doesn’t fit the bike. Are they just saying that since it’s a little thicker than the traditional ones/stock cables?

      just add your bike to harley parts store, then do a search for the screaming eagle 10 mm orange spark plug wires..
      Here is the link for it www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/Screamin-Eagle-10MM-Phat-Spark-Plug-Wires-Orange/p/31600113

      @@vickaminski I found the correct ones & I’m looking forward to the install. Thank you for the recommendation. Ride safe 🤘🏻

    I've got the 21 in orange and have the same wires and cross thread mx style pegs in orange. fyi, mine only has like 500 miles on it and it's in for warranty work. my rear brake pedal assembly ended up not returning after using the brakes and fried my rear rotor, it was a really nice blue color though. periodically check yours before riding, push it down and make sure it returns back up. hopefully mines just a fluke
    Update, the return spring is in the rear brake master cylinder. It failed, they're replacing the entire rear brake system.

      That rear brake does suck, it doesn't do much even after adjusting it like in my tutorial vid but yours had the opposite issue, it grabbed but wont release. Harley-Davidson should provide a better stock product for the money. They know most people change out parts but if they had a good all around product to begin with that would be less required.

    The new wires are thicker and could rub against the frame. That is why they give you mounting clips.

      @vickaminski  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is plenty of room under there and no sharp objects.

      Wrong there is bolt inches away and in time the flopping wire will be sliced. That is why HD instructs to use tie wrap.

    The die electric grease goes on the tip of the spark plugs not the black plastic it is made so that in the future the cables are easy to get off of the spark plugs

    • @vickaminski
      @vickaminski  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lol.... okay you do that.
      The grease is an insulator like rtv however it is also a lube so the wires don't stick. DO NOT get it on the tip of the plug.

    Did you pull the main fuse,

    • @vickaminski
      @vickaminski  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No, there is no electric flowing without the key and ignition on

    • @vickaminski
      @vickaminski  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Nope, no need to. There is no power to the plugs or coil when power to bikes on switch isn't activated.

    How many pollock does it take too change plugwires.

  • @dinhzil

    Why didn’t you unplug the fuses ?

    • @vickaminski
      @vickaminski  ปีที่แล้ว

      What purpose would unplugging the fuse serve when changing spark plug wires? Just don't try to start it while changing plug wires and you'll be fine.

    All a waste of money for the m8 motors and stay away from the screaming eagle plugs they foul out,only use the oem spark plugs according to mine and others I know experience.

    • @vickaminski
      @vickaminski  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Works great for me, its oem plugs but screaming eagle wires
