I really liked this video, I often found myself nodding along with what you were saying. I have been quite lost on what to focus on and what to do in order to improve my life but this video gave me a sense of direction to follow. Great video!! Keep up the good work!!
Day 1: Remove the Chaos 0:55 Day 2: Set up your calendar 2:41 Day 3: Brain dump 6:14 Day 4: Energy Analysis 11:01 Day 5: Wheel of life 13:07 Day 6: Pick your season 15:00 Day 7: Define Action 18:08 (Edit): Thanks for all the likes, Jesus guys 😭🙏
for timestamps you need the first to be 00:00, if not the chapters will not be added onto the actual video. love the effort and organisation of content ❤ been on a multi-day journey organising my spaces at home haha this recommendation was timely
This video was really amazing, it changed my point of view about how to channel my energy without feeling guilty about focusing only in one aspect at a time as it was a choice. It came in a much needed time. Thank you!
Would you say the brain dump is like a master task list? Also I was worried when you started talking about calendar blocking, it never works for me but the whole day blocking is a good idea.
Hi, how are you? I liked your content, the video touched on very good points. Did you think about adding Spanish subtitles or putting in another audio. I am from Argentina and if you need help it would be interesting
There's a fundamental problem with this though. When your firsr season ends you then repeat the process with another category of your wheel of life. Even though the other categories are maintained while you are focusing on one, the last category on your wheel will only have been maintained for say six months. So for example your health will be maintained but not optimal for maybe 6 months out of 7 (I can't see the wheel so don't recall how many categories). If your health is optimised for the one month out of 7 that you are focussing on it it won't be enough to sustain optimal health. So at best your categories will constantly ebb and flow, none of them optimal for the majority of the time.
I've been trying to balance all of my different life goals at once, but I'm looking forward to getting rid of the chaos and just focusing on one thing for once lol
Love, get rid of the chaos. I just moved to a new country and everyone is telling me to focus on work, but I can't find my shoes and it's horrible to wake up to. 😂
that's a really good video, thank you for sharing! I think you could improve the video with more examples or b-roll, but that's jsut my humble opinion. I am certainly gonna implement some of your tips and will rewatch the video. Thank you again :)
I've got a more practical solution to the "wheel of life" The idea behind it is amazing - but the execution as provided in the book is lackluster. randomly rating your areas of life 1-10 isn't realistic. Instead you would just enter in what you've actually achieved for each category of life using projects in the life game design app showing what you're actually investing your time and energy in. this turns into a graph that shows you how strong / weak you are in each area and the solution is simple - add more goals to those areas to change the balance of each. It systemizes the important process of understanding and optimizing your life areas instead of doing it once in a blue moon.
But the thing is I need a app or sum that will actually remind me because I will follow a routine or a certain way of life for like 2 weeks and go back to rotting and working and rotting and working and part of that has to fo with working night shift
Lol you'd think it was easy to recognize when your environment needs a clean or tidy but apparently my son doesn't see the mess and the 20 coke cans and fruit peels on the floor as a problem.
I find that segmenting my (work) day arbitrarily helps me get stuff done... I'll take the longer commute but strive to work through my inbox while sitting in the train for 20min, or bribing myself to go to a cafe and write that on dreaded report within the time it takes to get and drink my coffee, finishing off a task before lunch/snack break... Like little mini-deadlines. Also works with household chores, like vacuuming the 7min before I head out to the gym... Not perfectly of course, but making a dent. Editing to add: late diagnosed adhder here.

Habits are what make you or break you! To put some order into your life track your habits.
This is actually helpful - thanks so much! :)
This seems great...
Im going on leave next month and I'll attempt this to set myself up for next year. 😊
Amazing bro, some practical and real tips with good examples and details. Unlike most TH-camrs who talk fiction and shit. ❤
I'm glad, that's the goal with these type of videos
One video watched -> subscribed

Setting up a digital calendar

You look like Ricci Rivero , a basketball player in the Philippines

Get todoist or ticktock for that and make your routine or habit you want to create as recurring task
👍Well done.👍🙂
❤
keep it up you are doing great
got inspo!
amazing video bro
Glad you liked it
what about the android users in context of calendar!!!
TickTick is amazing for this, it combines tasks and a calendar and more, I highly recommend it
HI :)
which web app was in the minute 11:18? :)
3:38
Good video, but you forgot about the timestamps
They are in the description box
@@Halounette Thank you, i didn't notice
You kinda look like one of the property brothers.
Lol you'd think it was easy to recognize when your environment needs a clean or tidy but apparently my son doesn't see the mess and the 20 coke cans and fruit peels on the floor as a problem.
First
This really reminds me of Ali Abdaal’s videos. Many of the points are the same. Idk if it’s a coincidence or not….
second
i have adhd ,it 's complicated doing all oh these
One step at a time
same, I'm either hyper motivated or I get stuck and don't move. Try to set a 10 min timer and do a really small task
I find that segmenting my (work) day arbitrarily helps me get stuff done... Good, now add a couple of kids in the mix 😮😂🥴🥲
