    I am someone who had no money to go to the gym and was looking for alternatives at home that will work. Since I found your channel I am a big fan, I usually alternate different routines every day, my favorites are full body and 20 minutes massive calorie burn!. The results have been clearly seen and I definitely feel healthier. Thank you very much friend 💪🔥

      @Lubhavna Goel I did not need to lose weight, my weight was correct, the routines helped me to get shredded and gain muscle mass, I am a person who hikes frequently so the routines are excellent to develop resistance. You also have to know that you have to take care of food, for good and fast results there must be a balanced diet and exercise in your lifestyle. I do not have a strict diet, I only serve portioned meals to maintain my caloric deficit. In my situation it only took 3 months to see results, the abs were visible, the arms and legs were toned.

    I do this workout along with his other 5 min quarantine abs workout once every 3 days(Other days I do different workouts) and I do the 5 min abs workout everyday
    The first time I tried this one I didn't get past the jackknife but slowly and steadily I'm starting to get stronger

    You are a legend! A perfect 15 Mins workout. Please please make more of these 15 Mins workouts. It would be amazing if you can make a full 6 days series of only 15 min/day. I have been doing 15 mins workout daily for the last 2 months and I a seeing results. Plz plz make a 6 day series!!

    Woohoo completed no extra break only 3 minutes break before round 2.
    To be honest the 2 last round with split squats I dit it without jumps but the tuck I could finish the 15 reps

    after i do your exercises i completely loose any appetite for food, which is weird cause my other routines i would be so hungry , im just so exhausted i want to sleep and just rest . i guess thats a good thing
