Ingredients: 120g flour 85g butter 1 cup water (maybe like 240ml or less) 50g sugar 1 tsp salt 3 eggs 1tsp vanilla extract For chocolate sauce: chocolate chips 2/3 of cream 2tsp of cinnamon 3 quater of a cup of sugar (if not smooth, 10 seconds in microwave)
I made these and it was lightly crispy and soft! Very good! I put it in the air fryer, a couple hours later, and it was deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Thank you for this recipe!

I tasted churros for the first time yesterday and I was kicking myself for going 63 yrs without trying them! I always thought they were some kind of hard crispy corn things. Actually they are like the mexican version of doughnuts. They have a kind of creamy taste as they melt in your mouth. I willl be making this recipe soon.
I tried this recipe last night, but I stopped the video 4 minutes in, telling myself, “I got this”. I definitely did not “got” this, because I added more egg, no vanilla and I was hand mixing, so it took a lot of work. 😂😂😂. Last night, I made half the batch, because they were really soft and wobbly. I needed to sleep on it and not waste the batter. Today, I thought about slow frying them a little longer. Amazing, but obviously not as good as the less eggy ones lol I’ll be back once I buy more liquid gold (eggs), because apparently, a dozen of eggs costs the same as a mortgage🙄. 1) You need to work on rolling your RRRRRRs .... chuRRRROs... don’t be afraid to let those RRRRRs sound really strong. LOL! 😉
2) ChuRROs go really well with CAJETA ... next time try dipping them in CAJETA ... (milk toffee or milk caramel...) the kids will love the chuRROs dipped in CAJETA.
3) Here in Mexico it is traditional to eat chuRROs with hot-coco 😉
I love stale peeps/marshmallows!! Sometimes, when I buy marshmallows, I will leave the bag open so they get stale... 😅😅

I just made these, they are really good but i didnt have a star shaped tip so i just used the hole in the plastic bag and it kinda looked weird but still tastes really really good 10/10 would recommend to future me to do it again
