I had Spanish churros in Madrid and I never had it with cinnamon and/or sugar. With cinnamon and sugar is Mexican. Let me know where in Spain you had it with cinnamon and sugar.
You guys really are dumb. This is dough the product that exits AFTER cooking is the pastry. And this is a base dough used for multiple recipes INCLUDING churros lol but go off smarty pants 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤡

I stayed overnight in Madrid and had churros with chocolate sauce during the afternoon I was there and in the morning before I left. No cinnamon, no sugar coating. It was so delicious!! Will probably go back to Madrid for a few weeks - will definitely have those churros.

As far as I know, churros has always been fried. If you bake them, you'd have choux/cream puffs instead 😅
