CHOUX PASTRY INGREDIENTS:
►1/2 cup water
►1/2 cup whole milk
►8 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1 tsp granulated sugar
►1/4 tsp salt
►1 cup all-purpose flour
►4 large eggs, cold

I made these yesterday and they turned out to be fantastic! I was so happy with the results! TIP; You gotta make sure your oil is at the right temperature ( use a candy thermometer or instant read thermometer) because if your oil is too hot, they'll brown on the outside very quickly which will result in them being raw on the inside. On the other hand if your oil's temp is low then the churros will absorb A LOT of oil -EEKS!
Another tip is when you're done frying all of the churros...pop them in the oven for 6 minutes at the temperature 180C or 355F.....and the churros will be perfectly crisp and the churros will release any excess oil within them!
Also you gotta use a Wilton 1M nozzle anything bigger than this will result in semi-raw churros

⭐️*Tips:* ⭐️
- No piping bag tip? -> use the bottle cap method (worked great for me!)
- No thermometer? -> keep on medium high heat, test with a small churro (worked for me!)
( p.s. oil does not have to be bubbling at bottom to be ready to start)

I Just made it today. It was crazy because I live in a condo unit in Metro Manila away from my house in the province. I have no electric beater here and I don't even have piping bag or any plastic bags. I manually beat the mixture with fork and after forever I made the right consistency of the mixture. Hahaha... Since I do not have a piping bag, my churros looks like nuggets. and aliens. But you know what it tastes so good with the salted caramel dip i copied from your recipe as well. I just made this!!! I chose this recipe because churros looked moist on the inside (I cant stand when churros are overly crunchy and dry). They came out great but I felt they didnt give me that churro crunch I was looking for. I also tried baking a few churros, and got eclairs like she said!!! As far as churros are concerned, Ill keep trying more recipes.
