    Loved this workout! Super efficient and quick. I just started doing Pilates on a regular basis. I've only ever practiced it here and there. I am really enjoying it and I'm seeing results so much faster than I have with heavy weights. 👍👍👍🎉🎉

    I got a Pilates ring for $10 at Marshalls. It's alot more difficult than I thought. That glute squeeze lift combo was everything.

    I was excited that my husband bought me the pilates ring that you recommended. So happy you posted pilates ring workout so I can use it. But Wow, it was hard. I had done some of you other pilates ring workouts and used mini ball since didn't have the ring. But I can see the difference. Today I did this workout plus 2 of your other ring workouts so I can get used to it. But I do feel the burn on my legs and the abs! This is a good challenge.

    I have fibromyalgia and and I am able to do these exercises in my own pace on the bad days. It is only very rare that I don’t do them. I also do exercises for the pelvic floor

    Hi. This was my first workout with a Pilates ring and did not know what to expect. Workout was good but a bit fast for a first timer. But I guess i'll get the hang of it as I continue to do the workout. I definitely feel it! My inner thighs and glutes are mush; no tone. I hope this helps me. Would love to get advise on how to reduce if possible a belly pouch. Is it really just diet and not exercise that reduces it? Will keep watching! Thank you.

    Hey, Karen, this was my first Pilates Ring workout! On your recommendation back in 2017 (omg) I got a ring and never used it! Oops! That was great, nice change up

    Love the medial rotation (for my saddlebags!) and the angled lifts w/ straight legs after! Heart! Can we do pilates every day? Or do muscles need a break?

      Hi Diane. We never want to do the same exact thing everyday. However this is more of a pilates fused class so as long as you are combining some strength, cardio, flexibility and core you can absolutely mix up the workouts.
