    Loved this workout. I’m new to the Pilates ring and was amazed at how many standing exercises are possible. Looking forward to trying out more of the ring workouts!

    Loved this!!! I am sweating!! I hate using my ring but this was challenging yet fun

    This is a great workout.I teach aqua Pilates and this will be a great one to do. Thank you for your insight. I like to change things up.
