I can do the mixed and the reversed grip and is pretty much like @TheMarkoPoloProgram said. If you can do that you can do the other. What worked the most for me has been doing weighed pull ups and weighted dips. Also do the reps explosively but with good technique. It really helped me that I don't weight much

It’s actually pretty easy. If you can do a reverse grip muscle up, you can do a mixed grip.
